Well nothing big to update on except im staying steady with 2 - 4 sessions per week with no change in routine, flacid hang has remained good, girth feels solid though erection quality is still mild at best. Just can't seem to get a rock hard erection so im taking this week and cutting the sessions down to maybe 2 this week while keeping up the kegels ( I always forget to do these enough). Also started taking the gingko and my exercise routine will be changing back to Crossfit since I've taken a break form it for a while to focus on strength and other things. This should actually help boot my energy, test, and HGH levels tremendously to support growth especially after a long break from it.

We'll see though.

Took the day off form PE, probably take tomorrow off also and do a session on Wed.

You know what? Im actually going to take a while off from PE all together and start to really monitor things. No morning or night woods as of late and reflecting upon that this morning I realized a couple years back I used to have insane morning and night wood that was sometimes to the point of pain but EQ was 11/10 and my sex drive was crazy. I have not had any days like that in forever.

So form now one I am going to be doing whatever it takes to get back to the old days of having a high EQ because I am sick of not having a solid erection at all.

First step, taking an unknown amount of time off to see if morning/night wood increases.

Following step, go to bed earlier and try and get better quality sleep (I have problems with sleeping) since HGH is at it's peak of release 2 hours before bedtime (studies show HGH peaks around 9-10 pm and regresses around 1-2 am).


So this is all about EQ right now as I miss the old days of being insanely horny and sporting rock hard erections, it's getting frustrating not being able to get a full on erection anymore.

well ya'll are gonna yell at me because I went ahead and PE'd today hehe, although I have not Pe'd since last week so it's not entirely off form the above post.

It was one of the best sessions I've had. I did the standard stretches in each direction except added kegels during the stretches and added helicopter stretches, then did 75 jelqs, and finished with ejaculating. I have had the longest flacid hang ever and the minor edging/ejaculatory session felt like the times when my erections were crazy strong! Awesomeness, this may very well be the combination winner for growth I've been looking for.

Update after a while:

Noticed I made some errors on the first post I think this was due to poor measuring and NBPEL seems to have actually been 6.2 or 3. Does not matter because as of earlier this week stats are:

BPEL: 7"
NBPEL: 6.5"
EG: 5.00''

All those issues I had before with poor EQ, no erections, etc? All gone. I'm horny almost 24/7 it seems and EQ is really high. Changed my routine to Jelqing 3 - 4 days a week for 15 min and 15 min stretching. Seems to be working, long jelqs too, 4 - 5 seconds per. My original goal was 8 x 6 but I think im going to adjust it to 7.5" x 5.5" as this is most realistic it seems currently.

Update:

Sorry guys i've been way too busy lately with a million things including training people and I ended up putting PE in the backburner and looks like some of the gains I made regressed a little. So it looks like the last time I measured being a couple days ago came in on:

6.3" NBP & 6.8 BPEL
5" EG

At least I've kept some of the girth gains. I'm going to really go after it this time, pick one of the newbie programs and follow that for a while. I'm gonna do my best to spend some more time on the forums and help out the fitness forums even. I do think I want to be more "realistic" with my goals though so I'm hoping for long term 1.5" in length, 1" in girth.

I'll do my best to keep this thing updated and stick with it.

Beginning 90 day PE program.

Day 1:
- Stretches
- 150 jelqs, 90 V jelqs

Will report gains after 90 day period.

I guess the trick to all of this is simply being consistent with jelqs and stretches, edging, whatever. Be consistent work it daily, there is no perfect programming just do it. Have prob done 200 - 300 jelqs today throughout the day.

thanks man, good luck on your journey also.

Lets see past few days,

Tue: worked up to 150 jelqs and 90 vjelqs

Wed: 30 min edging

Thur: 100 jelqs/ 60 v jelqs in the morning

Fri: 150 jelqs/90 v jelqs in morning

Something I've noticed: morning time means test levels are higher as the body is "gearing" up, so we all know morning wood and all the jaz so I've been doing jelqs after i wake up out of convenience and more time just to get it in. I have had a longer lasting hang throughout the day, and a MUCH MUCH thicker "plump", I mean the shit feels thick. And the morning jelqing seems to actually allow me to hit 6.7" in a semi erect state and 5.3" girth which I find amazing. I have and my goal is to shoot for a ceiling of 300 jelqs throughout the day even if it is spread out through multiple session usually around showers. So some pretty cool shit this week so far.
