Hey Looks like youre doing good Be careful not to increase the intensity too much in one shot. You want to do it step by step.

Latest update: yes it's been a while, I guess I really just don't have as much time to constantly update this thing. Oh well, life is such. I probably have been keeping fairly consistent with PE, been trying to keep it 2 on 1 off but overall it's consistency I've been keeping with, so I have been doing it every week. I have not measured and don't plan to for a while, I am going to buy a pump just because. The biggest upside are my erections have improved dramatically, I am getting regular frequent and very hard erections especially this week. My penis definitely looks and feels a little bigger and I'm sure it's due to improved blood flow. My routine has basically evolved to this: stretch 5 min 150 - 200 jelqs 100ish V-jelqs no more than 15 maybe 20 min tops. |

1/11 Pumping w/Bathmate 15 min 1/12 Pumping w/Bathmate 20 min 150 jelqs Been reading around looking for the best way to manage using the bathmate. Looks like it is best to manage the pressure but sticking at one number on the chart and moving up after a couple days and gradually increase pressure much like linear progression in any solid strength program. I've been entering the device flacid and first day pumped up to 140mm and just under 170 on second day after I adjusted it better. But 170 felt really strong under pressure and tonight I will keep it at around 160 for the entire duration and move up from there. Last edited by SouthernJoe; 01-13-2010 at 07:24 PM. |

1/13 BM 20 min session so my penis comes out with a long and thick hang after im done, but it goes away within a few minutes instead of the 1-2 hours I see everywhere else listed by new users. I'm wondering if im doing something wrong. |

Ok, so more than a week in now, I'm starting to get the "hang" of this thing. I've hit 170mm today so I'm making progress, I have definitely made some girth gains, though small it's still noticeable. I'm curious what it will be like at 3 weeks, 4 weeks and 3 months of use.
