Im going to keep a small log from now on, I'll try to keep it updated as often as I can but I think I'll use it more to keep it up to date with progress or if there are any problems rather than keep it updated like a workout log.

I figured this was a good idea since I've been having issues lately I think the result being from too much PE.

I read up on some threads at thunder's, Specifically the Less is More thread. I felt best when I was under 100 jelqs and doing 5 - 10 min of stretching plus kegels. When I went over 100 I noticed major problems such as very poor EQ, inability to get full erections, no morning/night wood and dare I say it... shrinkage. My sex drive has been pretty bad as well, I just can't get into the mood lately which has made sex rather unenjoyable for me lately.

Anyways, My starting stats:

BPFL: 5.25"
NPFL: 5"
BPEL: 6.8"
NPEL: 6.5"
EG: 4.7"

When my EQ is high, I am able to hit 7" in EL.

Girth is 4.7 yet I always round up and say 5" to make myself feel better but that is the official girth.

My long term goals is to one day hit 8"x6" and I would very much like to get past 5" girth.



As of 4-23 I would have to rate my current EQ as very poor probably 6 maybe 7 lately. It's been that bad.

I want to fix my EQ and get it back up to 9 or 10 and get my sex drive back up so I can continue on with PE.

My previous routine was obviously too much since I was doing 5 on 2 off and increasing the jelqs by 50 each week until I got up to 200.

New routine will be better: 50 - 80 jelqs, 5 - 10 min stretching before and after, and kegels. Adjust from there based on EQ.

So hopefully things get back on track soon.

Welcome southern Joe.... You have a 6.8 BPEL and 5.25 BFLS, its 1.55 inch difference try TGC after our newbie period good luck.

If only I knew, most likely stress of some sort, sleep has been bad, nutrition has ben bad (to my standards at least). My girl has not complained about the sex, but lately it has not been the same for me, I can't seem to get as excited as before, much less get a solid erection, that just takes effort.

Try ginkgo, but give it a couple of weeks to give it a chance to work. Ginkgo is also good for stress blocking excess cortisol.

Thought I would add an update.

Starting to see more positive Pi's (think I got that right?) lately. Morning wood is starting to become more common and a longer more fuller flacid hang.

I've done two sessions of PE so far after taking some time off with about 10 min total of stretching and about 80 jelqs. Gonna keep it here for a while going 2 on 1 off and see how it goes. I may just stay here for some time until things stop.

Very good signs last night and this morning, better EQ, more morning and night wood. I like where this is going.

Rest day... had amazing flacid hang today and mini erections throughout the day.

Did no jelqs today except I did try that P-PNF (extra p there for penis ha) for a couple stretches. I lightened my grip on the jelqs recently and have actually stopped stretching post workout after watching some indicators. I've maintained longer fuller flacid hang and have more frequent erections as a result so maybe this trend will keep going.

Just measured tonight, Proud to say I've hit 5" in girth. I can't get an accurate BPEL and NBPEL measure because I'm just never able to get a full erection when i want to unless im in a sexual mood which leads me to believe my EG may actually be slightly larger.

I will say one thing though, my penis is getting a much larger flacid hang and the damn thing feels thicker than ever in a flacid state.

I have been using a lighter grip in the jelqs but to be honest erection quality has not improved much and im not sure what to do to get a 10 on the erection scale here. Im not jelqing every day, only 3 - 4 times a week max. hmm, I know a full on 10 would probably show me what my real gains are but until things calm down with all the stuff i have going on and until i get my sleep and nutrition dialed in i bet that might hold it off. IIf anyone could chime in with tips I would love to hear them.
