Hey everyone so since I've started a regular routine I've decided to post a log to help keep me motivated and on track. This is my third time starting. I did one month two previous times and gained 0.25in in length both times but it reverted back when I quit. Hoping I can stick with it this time and the third time is a charm. I've finished the first week of my routine so far and noticed a major improvement in EQ and libido which is great. Not going to be measuring until one month into it, so I've got 3 weeks to go before my first measurement. My starting stats are 6.25 BPEL and 4.75 MSEG, so im fairly average size to start with. My first goal is to be 7x5 which I hope to achieve in 6-8 months.
my routine currently is 2 days on 1 off of:
5-7 min warm wrap
5 min stretch
10 minute wet jelq
10 min edging
warmdown in shower
I'm going to be increasing the stretching to 15 min and the jelqing to 30 min slowly over the course of the next 6-8 weeks. I'm then going to continue at that rate and probably switch to a 5 on 2 off schedule and do that for a while. At that point I'm going to see what other exercises I should incorporate to change it up.
