Hi everyone! I'm really excited to get started with a PE routine, to see what sort of gains I can get!
I want to share the experiences and insights I have here on a regular basis, as a (possibly) helpful reference for other newbies to use.
I'll update this tomorrow after my first PE session, and then once a week OR whenever there is a new development, good or bad.
(This commitment will also help hold me to my routine)
I've decided that I will begin on 7/31/12. I have already been casually doing some kegels for a little over a week, but nothing definite.
The routine I PLAN to follow, barring complications, is JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine, topped off with some edging after each session, and kegels throughout the day as tolerable.
I took care of beginning measurements today. The only two I am immediately concerned with are my BPEL (6 7/16", bigger than I expected) and my EG (4 7/8", just about average).
I don't really have any short-term goals, because my long-term gains goal is relatively humble; I want to strive for about an inch and a half of length gains and less than an inch of girth, for a total of 8"x5.75".
I will try to hotlink each PE term I use in my posts to keep this log newbie-friendly! I hope it motivates some people to join me in starting a routine and getting some gains! New readers please let me know if I use a term that I don't explain, or if you're a veteran and have any helpful suggestions/see me doing something wrong.
