I'm starting this progress log with a very specific goal in mind; to reach 6.75 x 5.75 inches. Starting Measurements: BPEL: 6.00 in. BPEG: 5.00 in. Routine: 1 day on, 2 days off (After two weeks I will see if I want to switch to a 2 day on, 1 off schedule) 5 min warm up 5 min wet jelqs 5 min V-jelqs 5 min stretches 5 min warm down Day 1: May 3rd, 09: I did my first session tonight, and afterward there was slight turtling, and a slight hard feeling. So I plan on cutting down on some of the jelqs, or possibly use less force. Let me know if you have advice. I also might increase the warm up time... |

Lighten up your grip. It doesn't take much pressure at all to get the blood moving. Also don't stretch hard, use a comfortable gentle pull. If that doesn't help try cutting out the V jelqs as an experiment to see if you're doing too much work (you can add them back in when you're more conditioned).

I think that may be the exact problem. I'll lighten up my grip next time, and cut out the V-jelqs as well. Thanks for the advice.

I strongly suggest that you don't stretch after jelqing. That's just too much stretching. When you stretch, you want to stretch your penis VERY VERY VERY VERY LIGHTLY. It takes just a small pull to get an effective stretch. You wanna pull slowly also. As for jelqing, slow light grip jelqs is the way to go. You want to jelq gently and lightly. Use lots of lubricant. But seriously, don't stretch again after you jelq. Instead, try the flaccid bend after you warm down. Penis Enlargement Gym - Flaccid Bend For the flaccid bend, you should perform the exercise at 40% erection level. Good starting stats. I started at NBPEL 6.25x5.00 and I am now NBPEL 7.0x5.25 after 6 and a half months. You'll reach your goal very quickly. The girth comes very slowly though.

It looks like he only stretches once, but does it after jelqing. I've done it this way too and find I get a better stretch this way, it's my preferred method.

Thanks for the advice Radiohead. Lighter grips, lighter stretches. I've been following your thread on girth really closely, as girth is really my main objective in PE, so it's nice to hear from you. I stretch after jelqing, because I find that after warming up and jelqing, it's easier to not get a massive erection and easier to manage the penis. Last edited by 6_Inch; 05-03-2009 at 10:55 PM. |

Alright, so, it's technically my second rest day... (although very early in the morning.) I took the opportunity while up to try a 30 minute edging session. It went very well! I managed to get a lot of kegels in and now, after finishing, my flaccid girth has improved and there is a consistent amount of blood flow keeping me warm and full. |

End of Week 1: Well, after over-training on my first workout I didn't do anything besides an edging session. So not many positive or negative PIs yet, hopefully this next week will be more productive. |

I'm about midway though week two, having only done one session this week (today I will do my second). But I've had two edging sessions... one of which was last night, and it was unbelievable. I was reaching erections that seemed like my penis was about to burst (in a good way!). My girth seems larger, as does my length. My flaccid has been plump and not turtled. My EG has gone up and I think I'm seeing positive PI's. Measuring day is coming up and even if there are no new gains I'm sure they're on the way. Here's a quick outline of my plans for three months: First Month: 1 day on, two off schedule Second Month: 2 days on, 1 off schedule Third Month: 5 days on, 2 off schedule |
