Default Newbie routine focused on girth

Hey guys
It was quite a nice surprise to discover that there's a simple way to make one's penis grow without surgery etc.

My starting stats are already quite OK, but I'd like my dick to be bigger (especially girthwise and also flaccid) nevertheless.
starting stats May 3rd 2009:
NBPEL 7,3'' - EG 4,9''
BPEL 7,5'' (19cm) BPFSL 8,0''

I don't have any particular goal, but I'll stop when it starts to hurt my boyfriend (or hopefully a little before that ).

My LOT is between 6:00 and 9:00 (closer to 6) and have a slight downwards curve, so I don't stretch downwards.
From the tunica/smooth muscle-theory I figured that girth excercises would produce gains more likely - so yet another reason to focus on girth.

My routine (2 days on/ 1 day off) consists of warm up/down both for about 10 mins with a thingy similar to a rice sock (microwave heatable),
stretches for about 10 mins in all directions except downwards,
slow jelquing with OK-grip for 10-15 mins
and a couple of Uli's (I know they're supposed to be somewhat risky for a beginner, but I just love the way they make my veins come out - see pics).

Do you think I'm training too hard? I have done PE merely for a week, but apart from a slight achiness in my penis but my PI's seem to be generally positive (better EQ, a bit easier to achieve erections).

Anyway we'll see how it goes. I'm looking forward to post about my first gains!

cheers,
Max

forestloving, to the Gym.

You already have a long dick and your girth, so you're already well on your way there.

I think you have a solid starting routine for what you want. I am a strong advocate of "less is more" and an initial conditioning routine first, and then a routine that targets what you want shortly afterward. If your goal is girth, I would do 5 minutes of jelquing and 5 minutes of v-jelqs. The higher the erection level the more of smooth muscle you're working, therefore targeting girth. However, you are also more susceptible to injury because penile exercising at a higher erection level is more intense. Ulis sould be fine as long as you are careful about them. I would say be careful make sure you read up on them, and you'll be fine.

Also to aid in recovery after your workouts do you plan on taking any supplements?

Oh yeah, and I've moved this thread to the Progress Log section, since this looks like a great first post of your progress.

Thanks for the answer Larger!

Problem with the V-jelqs is that they are much more stimulating and therefore it's hard to keep the erection level down... also they just feel a bit awkward.

I don't plan on taking any supplement for that purpose. I'm on a balanced vegetarian diet (lot's of vegetables, soy, beans, cereals etc., little junk food) and sometimes take supplements for normal workout like protein shakes/creatine, but not so much lately.
Do you think it's necessary to take anything?

Thanks for moving the tread!

By the way I already gained about 0,4'' in length after one week!!! (back to a bit more than what I used to have in my teens, now I'm 23) I'll post a pic again when there's a more substantial gain.
And EQ (both erection and ejaculation quality) is a bit better as well! So I already like the stuff a lot

Another Problem: I'm going to keep this routine until 06/18/09, then I'd rather stop because I'll be living at a monastery for 3 1/2 months where I'd better avoid PE even in private (just because it's not really appropriate behaviour in that place).

Do you think I'll loose every bit of progress I'm going to make until then? If so, is there still a point in trying to gain for the next couple of weeks?

I doubt you're going to cement any gains in 2 weeks. You may want to get started on a nice kegel routine instead... do you think that would be appropriate to keep up in the monastery?

I try, I try.

When I first did a solid routine for jelqing, and I was on my first set of wet jelqs I would easily get erect, and my set was supposed to have 50 jelqs. So I broke it down to 3-4 sets, because I was getting to erect during the exercise. And with v-jelqs it was the same thing. Basically over time, your penis and you will realize the difference between masturbation and penile exercising.

Supplements are not required to gain, you're more proof of that. I just find that they give an extra hand, if you will. 1 Month and 8 days. Take a look at my log. I stopped PE after 6 weeks and I lost a lot of size. I've been working on getting it back and have done more. The important thing to note is that I didn't lose all of my gains. It takes time to cement those gains so that they become permanent.

If you think it's worth it, and can put in *looking at calendar* a solid 6 weeks, you might be at the same spot I was. But remember, newbie gains are great, and you really don't want to lose them. So really it's up to you. I believe to maintain what you have, you could do jelqing maybe one or two times a week in small numbers.

That sounds a bit like if I lost my newbie gains, they're never going to come back or not as quickly as they came the first time. From what I understand the opposite is true, you can easily regain what you once lost, right?

It seem's that you first gained, then lost most of what you gained during 7 months of no PE, and gained back what you lost and more in no time

I think I'm going to stick with what I do right now, it's good fun, even if I lost my gains and had to work back up to them again.

@Keido

Kegel sounds OK. You can even do that during sitting meditation

Ok, so here are my new stats (June 7th 2009):

NBPEL 7,4'' - EG 5,1'' (13cm)
BPEL 8,1'' (20,5cm) BPFSL 8,0''

Starting stats May 3rd 2009:

NBPEL 7,3'' - EG 4,9'' (12,5cm)
BPEL 7,5'' (19cm) BPFSL 8,5''

The picture shows a bit of red spotting (one of the spots is quite big), which is because I overdid it a little on the day before. I had no morning wood on the day the picture was taken.
Usually I treat my unit more carefully, and don't have such negative PIs that often.

Oh, and I will stop training next week for more than three months, so I'm prepared to loose everything I gained.
It was great fun though, so I'll be back
