    Day 1

    Started JP 90

    After lurking the forum for a couple weeks, I've decided to give this a try. I plan on at least making a weekly post, documenting any progress.

    5 min warm up
    5 min jelq
    4 min stretch
    5 min warm down


    BPEL - 6.5 inch

    Week 3

    Still doing same routine every other day, just adding a minute to each exercise. I notice a little bit of growth, both length and width.

    There is some spotting after workout with a slight ache, but no pain. My erections are much more solid and easy to attain, though this may also be from ceasing my masturbation/porn addiction. All in all, the size increase (though miniscule) is there, which is a big confidence booster and encourages me to continue.

    Also, my unit has become noticeably vascular in comparison to how it looked a month ago.

    Increased vascularity is a good PI as well as EQ, and of course the size gains, spotting and slight achiness are neutral PIs

    So all in all you are on the right track, keep it up man
