Still doing same routine every other day, just adding a minute to each exercise. I notice a little bit of growth, both length and width.

There is some spotting after workout with a slight ache, but no pain. My erections are much more solid and easy to attain, though this may also be from ceasing my masturbation/porn addiction. All in all, the size increase (though miniscule) is there, which is a big confidence booster and encourages me to continue.
Also, my unit has become noticeably vascular in comparison to how it looked a month ago.
