So 10 years ago I first tried PE after a bad experience with a lover. Gave up soon after. Now I am back and going to stay dedicated until I get to where I want to be.

Right now I am BP 7 x MEG 5. BEG is 5.25. My fat pad is 1 inch. For my first goal I would like to attain 1 inch in length and 0.5 inch in girth. I am hoping to be able to reach this in one years time. My final goal is BP 8.25 x EG 5.75. I will continue with PE until I reach this, then I will switch to less intense maintenance routine. Hopefully that time comes sooner rather than later

I am still quite ambivalent about this whole PE thing. I see a lot of guys on here make pretty nice gains over the course of time. I also have seen some members who have put in a lot of time and have had nothing really to show for it. I have realistic expectations and don't want to be let down, I've already had too much of that in my life.

Now onto my routine. I have been on JP's beginner routine for about a month now, however I have not incorporated V-jelqs as of yet. So far I have maybe gained an eighth of an inch in length and girth.

Today I am starting my second month. I will now incorporate v-jelqs as well as one set of hanging VERY light weight. I know JP's routine suggests 3 months of conditioning, but I feel pretty well conditioned at this point and am also very good at listening to my body.

So my routine for month 2 and 3 is:
    1. 15 mins of warmup; hot washcloth and heating pad
    2. 15-20 Mins of stretches in every direction
    3. 10-15 min hanging set with low weight (less than 1 lb)
    4. 10 mins heat pad
    5. Jelq (200-300 regular, 50-100 V jelq) for about 30 mins
    6. 10-15 mins of stretches

I may also do some edging and squeezes a couple of days a week.

I am also going to try to aim for at least 300 kegels a day.

I will stick to this routine for about 8 weeks and then take measurements again. I plan a 2 on 1 off schedule, but it may be adjusted depending on PI's. I am focusing more on length at this time until I gain one solid inch in length.

As far as updates on my log, I will post something every week or two to update on any changes, how I am feeling, etc.

So what do you guys think of this routine? Any comments or suggestions are appreciated.

I have decided to modify my routine a bit. I feel I might be a little overeager with the workout I first outlined and may be training too hard. I think I will only do 30 total minutes of stretching (including one set of hanging) and 25 minutes of jelqing. The other day I had a lot of free time and stretched for a good two hours. I had to take the next couple of days off because of soreness. I also think I will go for the 5 on and 2 off schedule JP recommends.

I'm curious, as one becomes more used to the workouts, does there reach a point where its better to work through soreness? Since I am only one month in, I'm going to err on the side of caution and go with the "less is more" approach for the time being.

Things are going well. I have toned down my routine to:

    1. 15 mins of warmup; hot washcloth and heating pad
    2. 10 Mins of stretches in every direction w/ kegels
    3. 10-15 min hanging set with low weight (less than 1 lb)
    4. 10 mins heat pad
    5. Jelq (200-300 regular, 50-100 V jelq) for about 20-25 mins
    6. 10 mins of stretches

I haven't been using the wash cloth as much to warmup. It's kind of a hassle and doesn't stay warm too long. The heating pad seems to be better for me, but I am using it a little longer than I would a wash cloth just to make sure I am fully warm. I also haven't been edging all that much, maybe once or twice a week. I find that after my workouts my dick is fatigued and just wants to rest.

I re-measured myself again a few days ago, even though I was going to wait another month as I stated in the first post. I have definitely gained maybe a quarter inch in length. My girth was actually lower, though at 4.8. I think I may have not measured correctly the first time. My base girth was the same, 5.25. I have also changed my goals. I want to go for an inch and a half of length. Goal: BP 8.5 x MEG 5.8. I will no longer be measuring girth until I reach my length goal.

    Start: BP 7 in (17.8 cm) x MEG 4.8 in ( 12.2 cm)
    Current: BP 7.25 in (18.4 cm) x MEG 4.8 in (12.2 cm)
End Goal: BP 8.5 in (21.6 cm) x MEG 5.8 in (14.7 cm)

I have decided to do away with hanging for now. I know its probably not a good idea to change my routine like this, but I really need to find my comfort zone. Initially I thought it might be a good idea to introduce some light hanging, however I think I am just going to wait until I maximize my results with the manual routine before I open up a whole new can of worms. Plus right now it just seems like a waste if I am not going to go all out with hanging. I am thinking about buying an extender soon, though. I have a bad turkey neck and I've heard it helps. I will also have A LOT of free time over the next 6 months. I'll keep this updated.

    Routine:
    1. 15-20 mins of warmup heating pad
    2. 20 Mins of stretches in every direction (15-25 sec per stretch) w/ kegels
    3. 10 mins heat pad
    4. Jelq (200-300 regular, 50-100 V jelq) for about 20-25 mins
    5. 10 mins of stretches

Edging a couple times a week (20-30 mins). Kegeling everyday, lots of reps no holds.

Haven't worked out the past few days. My junk has been sore. Did some light stretching a couple of days ago. Just been using the heating pad and doing kegels since then. Felt okay today so I'll resume my routine tomorrow.

I have been slacking off the past couple of weeks. I have only had about 5 or 6 sessions during that time. One of the reasons I think is because I am almost 3 months in and still haven't noticed much of a difference. Also had some problems with soreness a couple weeks back. I measured again the other day and nothing has changed. I think my early gains were all EQ. It is a little disheartening because I was hoping I'd be one of the quick gainers. I'm still going to stick with it for the long haul. I guess the next inch is going to be a bitch.

I am 3 months into my routine. I measured the other day and am 7 3/8 BP. Didn't measure girth but doesn't seem like much if any gains, maybe a .1 inch and more veins. Sill going to focus on length. I really wanna hit 8 BP, then go for girth. Thinking about getting an extender before the end of the year. For now I will keep the same routine.

Started adding some time to routine. Stretching for about 40 mins. Amounts to about 5-6 sets with 30 sec stretches in every direction. Rest and kegeling in between sets. Also adding 10 mins to my jelqing routine. Will go 2 on 1 off or 1 on 1 off depending on PI's. Also changed my mind about the extender. Sticking with the manual stuff for the time being.
