    Hi, I'll be sharing my progress here for all those who care and to keep track of myself.
    Here's > my intro-post.
    Aside from pure stats and what I do, I'll also describe how I react to the exercises etc, all that bs.

    STATS NOW:
    NBPEL 5.5
    EG 4.5
    BPEL 5.9

    In my signature it says 7.5 as my perfect length, that's NBP length. I care about what I can actually see, not the .5 inches in my body.


    So I started PE'ing yesterday..
    For all those that just want a summary, scroll down. I tend to drag on when I start writing.


    I did a 10 minute warmup with a rice sock. I made the thing during the weekend. It's an old skiing sock. I picked out the fuzziest one, a lot of them were all stiff and crusty, which does not make for a soothing warmup. So I got the right sock, poured 2 cups of rice in it, twisted a knot in it and I was ready to go.

    I put it in the microwave for a good minute on 1000 watt. It was crazy hot on my dick, like burning the skin off-hot. So yea, I put the other end over the filled end (yes, it's a really long sock) Then it felt amazing. It felt very hot, but not painful. So I sat there on the couch with a sweaty penis for 10 minutes, reading a bit more about PEGym in the meantime. After 10 minutes my laptop alarm widget went off, so now shit was about to get real.

    I go to the bathroom, still carrying the rice sock, giving it an extra squeeze to get that last extra warmth into my penis.
    First the stretching, down, left, right, up, forward. I'm pulling so I can definitely feel it, but not causing any pain. Compare it with pulling a paper tissue, nearly ripping it apart, something I don't want to do to my dick.. (5 minutes)

    Anyway, on to jelqing. Some vitamin-E lube and a bit of water, perfect. Ofcourse I get hard as a rock when I start doing it too enthusiastically. So I back off a bit and start doing it very controlled and slow. About 4-5 seconds per jelq. I'm using an ok-grip with my palm facing down. This way I feel that I can really grab the base of my penis, pushing into my skin and then slowly jelqing until I reach my glans. (10 minutes)

    I take a shower right after. Since I'm working out too, I plan to do my PE sessions right after my workout. I'm going to do PE on monday, tuesday, thursday and friday.

    What I have learned:
    - It's fun (I hope that feeling will last)
    - My penis hasn't grow to monster-size overnight (it's a marathon)
    - Warmup feels lovely

    So, question time:
    - Does the rice sock have to cover my whole penis? I'd think just warming up the 'suspensory ligament' should suffice, or am I wrong?
    - When jelqing I don't release my hand before I grab the base of my penis with my other hand. So it stays swollen during the whole jelqing workout. Is this good or should I let go off my dick for a moment before I switch over to the other hand?

    That's it. I can't be bothered writing more atm, might add some more later today.

    EDIT: Kegels are easy to forget. When do you guys kegel? I think I might do it while eating or so.

    Same as monday, 10m warmup, 5m stretch, 10m jelq
    The palm down jelq def works best imo. I just hope I'm not jelqing too hard. My erection is mostly between 50-80%. Not experiencing any pain though.
    I was planning to measure each month, but out of curiosity I think I'll measure at the end of this week.
    I edged a bit yesterday after the workout, but then this morning I had sex with my gf twice.
    Not experiencing any negatives. I had a slight tingly sensation in my penis after the stretching. Increased horniness is the only thing that feels different for now. And a more 'pumped' flaccid during the day, but that's probably an effect of the increased horniness.
    So far, so good.

    Day off. It looks a bit fatter, but that's probably just a placebo. We'll see at the end of the week.

    Hi John, your log is off to a good start.

    There's no gospel truth right or wrong established for warming up, but yes the idea is to warm up the whole penis. The stretches and jelqs will also be effecting the tunica and smooth muscle and not just the suspensory ligament.

    The way you are doing the jelqs is good, keeping the shaft pumped and expanded.

    I do kegels during my commute to and from work, and sometimes sitting at my desk.

    Ok, thanks for the reply man! I'll wrap that sock the whole way around then.

    DAY 4

    Again, 10 minute warmup
    Bumped up my stretching to 7,5 minutes
    And a good 10 minutes of jelqing
    I'm going very controlled and slow on the jelqs. It just seems to make sense that's the best way to do it. When you workout other muscles, controlled is the way to go too. I've always done my workout standing, right before I take a shower. I noticed that when I sit down, stretching is difficult, my legs get in the way. And when I sit down and jelq I become too erect quite easily. Standing takes a bit more effort, but it's easier to perform the exercises Anyone else feel the same way about that?

    I went for a long warmup this time, 20 minutes, reheated sock after 10 minutes
    Then I stretched for 7,5 minutes, down, left, right, up, forward x 3
    I mixed my jelqing up a bit. Inbetween normal jelqing I did a few non-erect Uli's. What is that exercise called? Just squeezing it firmly at the base with a 50-60% erection. I did this for about 10-15 seconds. Also before each jelq and non-erect Uli, I kegeled 2-3 times. It pumped a bit more blood into my unit.
    All this jelqing and squeezing went on for about 15 minutes.
    Then I did a 5 minute warm down with the rice sock. But while I was doing that, I read about cool-down. So then I got a coolpack on my penis for 3-4 minutes after the warm down.
    So yea, after this workout I've got a few questions.

    My main reason for PE'ing is gaining girth. Should I first focus on length, then go for girth? Or the other way around? My instinct tells me going for length and then girth makes more sense, but maybe I'm wrong and you can do both at the same time?

    Should I warm down or cool down? And how does it affect gains precisely?

    I read something about Traction Wrapping. This seems interesting to me and I'd like to try it out. Do any of you have any experience with it? Does it affect (girth) gains? And should I try it too or is it too soon for me?

    I warmed up for 15 minutes. I was going to start with jelqing this time. But after 2 jelqs or so my girlfriend rang the doorbell. So no PE yesterday. Maybe I'll go for an extra long session today then.
