DAY 1
Hi, I'll be sharing my progress here for all those who care and to keep track of myself.
Here's > my intro-post.
Aside from pure stats and what I do, I'll also describe how I react to the exercises etc, all that bs.
STATS NOW:
NBPEL 5.5
EG 4.5
BPEL 5.9
In my signature it says 7.5 as my perfect length, that's NBP length. I care about what I can actually see, not the .5 inches in my body.
So I started PE'ing yesterday..
For all those that just want a summary, scroll down. I tend to drag on when I start writing.
I did a 10 minute warmup with a rice sock. I made the thing during the weekend. It's an old skiing sock. I picked out the fuzziest one, a lot of them were all stiff and crusty, which does not make for a soothing warmup. So I got the right sock, poured 2 cups of rice in it, twisted a knot in it and I was ready to go.
I put it in the microwave for a good minute on 1000 watt. It was crazy hot on my dick, like burning the skin off-hot. So yea, I put the other end over the filled end (yes, it's a really long sock) Then it felt amazing. It felt very hot, but not painful. So I sat there on the couch with a sweaty penis for 10 minutes, reading a bit more about PEGym in the meantime. After 10 minutes my laptop alarm widget went off, so now shit was about to get real.
I go to the bathroom, still carrying the rice sock, giving it an extra squeeze to get that last extra warmth into my penis.
First the stretching, down, left, right, up, forward. I'm pulling so I can definitely feel it, but not causing any pain. Compare it with pulling a paper tissue, nearly ripping it apart, something I don't want to do to my dick.. (5 minutes)
Anyway, on to jelqing. Some vitamin-E lube and a bit of water, perfect. Ofcourse I get hard as a rock when I start doing it too enthusiastically. So I back off a bit and start doing it very controlled and slow. About 4-5 seconds per jelq. I'm using an ok-grip with my palm facing down. This way I feel that I can really grab the base of my penis, pushing into my skin and then slowly jelqing until I reach my glans. (10 minutes)
I take a shower right after. Since I'm working out too, I plan to do my PE sessions right after my workout. I'm going to do PE on monday, tuesday, thursday and friday.
What I have learned:
- It's fun (I hope that feeling will last)
- My penis hasn't grow to monster-size overnight (it's a marathon)
- Warmup feels lovely
So, question time:
- Does the rice sock have to cover my whole penis? I'd think just warming up the 'suspensory ligament' should suffice, or am I wrong?
- When jelqing I don't release my hand before I grab the base of my penis with my other hand. So it stays swollen during the whole jelqing workout. Is this good or should I let go off my dick for a moment before I switch over to the other hand?
That's it. I can't be bothered writing more atm, might add some more later today.

EDIT: Kegels are easy to forget. When do you guys kegel? I think I might do it while eating or so.
