no unfortunately not, havent noticed much increase in night or moning wood, why you ask???

10/06/09 Did take a week off when on holiday and have only just started to get fully into it again. Am not seeing the as many changes as before, such as increase hardness and angle or plumpness during the days. Woods havent increased at night or in the morning - seems to be a thing of the past! Have just started to add 25 JAI stretches into routine straight after basic stretching. Am having a lot of trouble stretching upwards, cant get the length. Should i be holding the base and just stretching the penis without the balls and pube area coming up with the penis? Will post more photos and measurements at end of July, will remove pubes then also so hopefully will be and also look bigger.

22/06/09 Almost two months now. I have just upped jelquing to 12 minutes and also 30 JAI stretches plus 5 each way rotor stetches after each set of stretches. i have been doing 20 seconds per stretch. I have started taking two cups of green tea per day as well as ginko biloba 60mg tab each day. I am still on a 3 on/2 off routine which seems to be going well and I am having a lot of good flaccid hangs throughout the day. I drink a lot of water which i thinks helps. I am also still edging twice a week and kegels after every PE session. I am not going to measure my BPEL and EG yet because i want to give it till the end of the 90 day routine and see if i have any results then. I am still not noticing any increase morning or night wood however EQ is still pretty good. If i edge and kegel then i get serious wood it almost hurts. I want some ideas on making my glans bigger as well without much increase in exercise time. any ideas? Have started noticing great

Went back to first routine, ditched the JAI stretches and started jelqing with a lot lighter grip and upwards, have been getting a lot better flaccid hangs all day, But you have gains before and eye sight gains, just skip the morning wood indicator you'll just empty when you wake up, a decrease in morning might be a sign of healing to others, that is why other take rest day when they missed it. How bout your kegel? Good luck you seem to be doing well and congrats.

I do kegels every other day to allow for rest, maybe these will help with glans size?? What do you reckon about adding V jelqs to the routine? i only just read the 90 day routine by jonpop and it seems interesting. Am thnking of giving it a go just because im getting tired of the sameish routine and fancy a change. I tend to change my workouts every 2 months in the gym so am thinking of doing the same for the PE gym. Cheers for your help guys.

Have started JP's 90 day routine, well similar to anyway. 10 mins warm up Strecth down, left, right, out, up with 25 quick kegels. After each direction do 10 rotor stretches left then right followed by copter shakes. 30 JAI stretch 50 slow Jelqs 10 Each side V jelqs 50 slow jelqs, 10 each side V jelqs 30 slightly faster jelqs. Testicle massage and stretch. Kegels and edging. Finding the routine more fun because of the variation. Just need to get the hng of the V jelqs. Am going to stay on this routine for a solid two months and see what happens. Will try to do 2 on 1 off.
