Well acording to a lot of posts I have read uli's and horse squeezes should only be performed after completing a full 3 months at least of PE so that your penis is ready for it. I would say that you may be doing too much time on these 2 exercises. Perhaps do more jelqing instead (normal and v jelqs). It does depend on how your penis reacts, mine certainly wont need any more than 3 sets of uli's after my girth routine because I feel like I could injure myself. Did you start PE at the end of June?

Have modified routine 1 by ditching jelqs and adding 3 sets of A-stretchs. Modified routine 2 to now have 250 jelqs (quick jelqs seem to keep erection level easier). I do my jelqs then tend to mix the rest of the routine up so as not to get bored of same old same old. Routines have been a lot quicker recently about 30-40 mins total, this helps for motivation and time. Dick feels slightly plumper and longer sometimes but will wait till measurement day.

Ok, have started using Bio Oil as my jelq lube, I fond it good on my shaft but at the base where the pubes are I found I needed to add some other lotion as well or I was just pullin my whole dick as opposed to jelqing it. For my second set of 100 jelqs i use an overhand grip with my left then stop at the top then follow it up with a normal ok grip. I can see some brillant expansion during the second hand jelq. Been on this routine for 3 weeks now and have seen some good flaccid hang the day after, however have turtling all night after my girth routine perhaps the routine is too intense I dont know, any ideas anyone? The routine is a few posts above. Im gonna try my 2nd girth routine in two days and see how i feel tomorrow. It appears that my shaft from above now looks smaller at the base than in the middle but from the side the base is still bigger. Im hoping this is due to gains around the middle, has anyone else noticed this? 1 week left till my 5 month measurements, though im considering leaving it till 6 months so I can hopefully see some girth gains.

Make a fork with your middle fingers like the vulcan sign with your non-dominant hand. Grab the base of your unit with an ok grip with dominant hand. Press the fork of middle finger tips at base (fat pad) with penis in fork and press in and back , now jelg upward halfway and stop and hold. Press inward and downward against pelvic with forked hand while keeping close tension against your unit. finish jelg slowly and stop just before glans and increase tension causing a stretch now while pressing downward and backward with that fork. Try it in all directions and at all angles. What I'm trying to do is stretch the fatty pad skin and convert some of that fat to new skin, while decreasing the fat pad. By squeezing most the blood at the base upward we free the veins up at the base for stretching also. I've been doing this for a few weeks now and it may have contributed to some of my latter gains.

what is the recommended sets and number of jelqs? Would you add this to my girth routine or my length routine? My thoughts would be girth routine. Does the rest of my routine seem ok over the last few posts? Especially what days should i do girth and what days length, my goal being girth by the way Strech down x 3, out x 3, up x 3 60s each stretch (30s of basic stretch 30s of tunica tugs type stretch) 10 rotor stretches after each 3 2 x 30 JAI stretches Windmills after each set of stretches 3 x A-stretch for 20s Routine 2 Will go for a 15 minute warm up here as opposed to 10 for routine 1 250 Jelqs 2 x 45 V Jelqs (total) swapping hands between each set 4 set of O bends at 25 - 50% erection 20 seconds each 4 x 30 second Uli Cheers again dude

Measurement day isnt till 26th but it looked bigger tonight therefore i measured. EQ = 9-10 BPEL = 6.75" at a 45 degree angle MEG = 5" BEG = 5.25" I have finally gained some girth (0.25"), many thanks to phibbysHammer, he also gave me my first rep point. What a team player, plus 1 rep point for PH

Pics of gains!! I think we should start an area where we can have pics of gains for other peoples belief and motivation. Compared to my first pictures of pg 1 of this thread I have made about 0.25" in girth and about 0.75" in length.
