Modified routine which feels absolutely great! GIRTH 10 min rice sock 300 medium paced jelqs 40-60% erection 50 slow paced v jelqs 40-50% erection 1 & 2 finger O bends for 25 secs left, right, up, down 2 horse squeezes 1min each 3 & 4 finger O bends (as above) 2 horse squeezes 1min each 100 jelqs medium paced Testicle massage and light stretching to warm down LENGTH 10 mins rice sock 45 sec basic stretch in nine directions followed by 15 sec tunica tug in nine directions 15 rotor stretches each way 2 x 40 JAI stretches 4 sets of internal stretches 20 secs each 4 sets of penis and inner lig stretch 20 secs Testicle massage Stretches get progressively stronger as workout progresses. 10-20 mins of edging without bolting 1 hour after PE session if possible. Edging session includes my kegels as well. New rice socks to be made up as well for hygeine reasons

Im really gonna push for that 7" mark now and therefore am going to be stretching lighter than usual as advised by C.Phantasy. Ive started back on green tea and drinking lots of water which gives me a better flaccid throughout the day

I am currently in the process of really targetting my length by doing a month of length only routine but stretching not so hard. I am trying to do 5 days a week of some type of stretching based on the routine in a few posts above. I will post back results after about 1 month I feel I may miss the jelqing though so may just do a few hundred each week once a week.

Ok, just did my pre-test measurements. Sadly my girth is the same but my length has increased by a tiny amount. New stats are in signature and will be used as the basis of my investigation.

mrcarrick, great progress log. You are SO close to attaining your first goal. Rep point for your work ethic! Also, your length focused stretching routine looks very good. It targets both the ligs and the tunica. Get some fulcrum stretches in there, like the V and A stretch. These will really hammer both.

Thanks for the rep point man, I seem to offer lots of advice but dont get many points so its always appreciated!! Also thanks for the advice and encouragement and for commenting on my log. Il take a look at the V and A stretch and perhaps add them to the end of my routine.

For my length trial/quest this is my routine LENGTH 10 mins rice sock 45 sec basic stretch in nine directions followed by 15 sec tunica tug in nine directions 15 rotor stretches each way 2 x 40 JAI stretches 4 sets of internal stretches 20 secs each 4 sets of penis and inner lig stretch 20 secs Testicle massage and 300 jelqs every 3rd day of exercise 4 x A-stretch x 20 secs All the stretches are done with a medium force with a gradual increase during JAI stretches. After 1 month on this program I WILL have reached 7" finally ad I will let everyone know my results in this and a seperate thread. Wish me luck MrC

i dont know whether or not its because I have started adding jelqs to my length routine once a week or because I am having sex again but my EQ is at an 8 or 9 again and my flaccid is bigger throughout the day again. Gains are definately gonna be coming very soon.

Ok, well ive been on this length routine for about a month so at the end of this week i shall measure. I have prob been doing 4 on 3 off throughout the week in random order. I think i may have passed the 7" mark finally but we shall find out at the end of this week.

The month is up and I have made very small gains at 100% erection. I have gained 0.125" in length and 0.125" in base girth. I have been doing mainly length routines for the past month with the occasional session of jelqs and uli's. See new pics attached!
