Lazy
Wednesday Week 1 - Day 3
Basic Stretching (all directions) - 30 second hold - x4 sets
JAI stretch - 60 reps - x2 sets
Side to Side stretch - 10 reps - x3 sets
Bathmate - 20 Minutes
OK Grip Jelq - 3 Minutes - 1 min rest (x3)
