    Going to start one of these logs to keep me on track, was supposed to do it on Monday.

    BPEL: 5.75
    EG: 4.75


    Monday Week 1 - Day 1

    Basic Stretching (all directions) - 30 second hold - x3 sets

    JAI stretch - 30 reps - x2 sets

    Side to Side stretch - 10 reps - x3 sets

    Bathmate - 20 Minutes

    Tuesday Week 1 - Day 2

    Basic Stretching (all directions) - 30 second hold - x2 sets

    Lazy

    Wednesday Week 1 - Day 3

    Basic Stretching (all directions) - 30 second hold - x4 sets

    JAI stretch - 60 reps - x2 sets

    Side to Side stretch - 10 reps - x3 sets

    Bathmate - 20 Minutes

    OK Grip Jelq - 3 Minutes - 1 min rest (x3)

    Keep it fun and enjoy it. Better to do a shorter routine for a long time, than to do too much too soon and get sick of it.

    Started the day with a Testosterone boosting workout. A hard compound exercise that works 32 muscles. It might help my gains, who knows.

    Thursday Week 1 - Day 4

    Warmed up after morning workout by spraying warm/hot water on my penis for 10 minutes while massaging/rubbing

    Basic Stretching (all directions) - 30 second hold - x4 sets

    JAI stretch - 90 Seconds worth - x2 sets

    Side to Side stretch - 20 reps - x2 sets

    5 Minute Kegel Routine

    OK Grip Jelq - 4 Minutes - 30 second rest - x3

    1 Minute Clamp

    An application of Largo cream, I don't know whether it works, but I have it so I might as well use it.

    Heavy Cardio workout, 90 mins this morning. Feeling fresh!

    Friday Week 1 - Day 5

    Basic Stretching (all directions) - 30 second hold - x4 sets

    JAI stretch - 60 Seconds worth - x3 sets

    Side to Side stretch - 20 reps - x3 sets

    5 Minute Kegel Routine

    OK Grip Jelq - 5 Minutes - x2

    1 Minute Clamp

    Another application of Largo cream, Just hope it isn't a hinderance. :/


    Will use Bathmate in the evening followed by another 10 Minute Jelq session.

    I do find it fun. Going to measure every 4 weeks, and after 12 weeks start to play a graph so I can use science to predict what size I should aim for every 4 weeks.
    Do you think my routine is too short, just right or too long?
    It'll naturally get longer as the weeks go by, but for now it feels good.

    Capped the day off with a 15 Minute Jelq session (5min x 3 - 250-300 strokes total, didn't count). Applied some Largo cream again... time for bed.

    Total Jelq time: 51 Minutes
    Total Kegel time: 11 Minutes
    Total Bathmate time: 30 Minutes
    Total Extender time: 0 Minutes
    Total Hanging time: 0 Minutes

    Monday Week 2 - Day 8

    OK Grip Jelq - 15 Minutes (3x 5 mins)

    Extender - 90 Minutes


    Was a really busy day yesterday, didn't have much time for anything.
