Hi everybody, I'm a student in Montreal, I'm friends with Radiohead in real life. He told me about PE and he's really happy about his gains. I became interested and I just joined the PE Gym. I want to make my penis bigger, stronger and healthier! He told me about a beginner routine, so I performed the exercises in the shower. I need a way to warm up. I dont want to use a rice sock. I was thinking about using a blow dryer, but maybe its not a good idea? So I'm starting the 90 days beginner routine, and I hope I'm one of the lucky guys that grow fast. The beginner routine will be perfect for you!. I have tryed the hairblower thing but it didint work very well. There is many ways to warm up for example wet towel, sauna, shower ( like yous said) and heat pads there is alot more but i dont wanna go over that now. I use 75 % bath 20% wet towel 5% sauna

Hey Anthony, Im glad you finally started your progress log. You had a few spelling mistakes that I edited for you. I know it's hard for a French person to write things in english. With enough dedication and hardwork, you'll get to your goal within 1-3 years. Less is more when it comes to PE. Don't overtrain. Don't obsess over it either. As for warming up, I recommend buying an electric heating cushion at the drug store. This is what your routine should look like: -warm up -5 way basic stretch with 25 slow kegels per position. Pull lightly. -40 OK jelqs. 10%-25% erection level. Slow 4 second strokes -40 V jelqs. 25%-50% erection level. Slow 4 second strokes -Warm down If you have more questions, post them in the beginner forum. P.S. dont forget your biochemistry project that's due next week!

Hey Marko, I dont need to update my progress log if I see you everyday at school lol. I got some awesome flaccid gains. I have a vein that is sticking out like crazy. It doesnt hurt or anything. I dont think its bad or anything but it could be something bad. I need to make sure I do my jelqs completely flaccid and with a light grip. -Warm up -5 way basic stretch with 25 kegels -10 big cercles with helicopter jelqs -40 wet jelqs -25 v jelqs left -30 wet jelqs -20 v jelqs right -warm down I re-warm during the session. Sometimes I edge. In a week I will go with: -Warm up -5 way basic + kegels -Rotating stretch -Flaccid bend -40 wet jelqs -30 v jelqs -30 wet jelqs -30 v jelqs -warm down |
