***this is my log so don't correct me on my grammar or punctuation****

ok I am starting this more for me than the masses, but they are welcome to comment. I started PE late march, early april. i had some gains, had some pe injuries, and had to to take a non related pe break in the 1st 4 weeks. I am about to come up on my 3 month mark. after the pe related injury and the other 10 days off i read and reasiesed death grip=bad. and don't invent exercises. ok now my present routine:

all in the shower...
10 min warm up w/ removable shower head
strecth out down up l and r x2
stretch what i think is called the A stretch 4 directions exept i slowly move fingers up and down the shaft. X2
repeat exept only 1x the 2nd time
quick 2 min warm up
jelq for 15-20 min. i never count them and i always mix the under hand and over hand grip. my theroy is keep the cock guessing, lol.
i have a kegal session here and there. usually i jelq till my penis is over it. i use i light grip. if i feel any pain i lighten up.
all directions i jelq, always random.
4-5 min warm down wash off.

here and there i will try a uli, twice a month or so. like the way it feels.

edging, wish i did more but after my session, wich is at nite, i am usually done. i have started jerking off slowly and not coming, i kinda like that too.

no real trackable erect gain in the last month or so but always plump and long when flaccid. but more ame more i can get it consistantly to 17 cm bpel.

did my routine sunday afternoon instead of at nite. not good. got to hard. more of a work out than my cock wanted. will stick w/ my nite time regimin .

i am on a randon 2 on 1 off, 1 on 2 off shceduale. depends on how i feel. never more than 3 days either way.

Oh an i started taking zinc, L-arg, L-lys, gincko, ecinachina, korean ginsing, and omega 3 fish oil. some are for pe some are for other reasons. i changed my diet up to. only less nthan a week on both factors so we will wait and see.

I measured today. I am officially claiming 17 cm when fully aroused. Also I am buying into Kingpoles plump theory. my take on it is the more blood down there the more the cells will know how and where to grow. now on off days I don't do any PE per se but if I go to piss I see no reason not to plump up a bit.

Ahh, back from the er yet agian. 2 more rounds of antibiotics so maybe I should lay off the supplements. I'll try and cut drinking out or down too. Gonna at least stretch this time and work on edging. Haha, not going to ask how this day can get better.

My 2 days off will now be a base of 4 days off. will try to stretch on friday.

Ok back to the grindstone. Took 5 days off to recoop from the er. Only going to take ginko and ginseng while on the antibiotics.

I had full intention of taking it light, you know how that goes:
10 min warm up
light flaccid stretch routine
(new) 2 light lower level erection reps of slinky stretches
normal jelqing till I got more erect than normal- 5min
1 rep of slinky stretches
2 hard long kegels
(new) 70-80% erect jelq-5 min very light grip
1 rep of slinky stretches
2 long hard kegels
3 min 70-80% jelq
towel raises while washing hands

warm down

Off the beaten path for me I know but wanted to try some new stuff. I've done the beginner deal for over 3 months now.

Oh, and a couple of uli's in there when I got to hard.

Did a girth heave routine. Gonna stick with it for abit even though really going for length.

It's pretty much the routine listed above minus the uli's. And more flaccid bends, less stretches.

3 days off. Then pe'ed yesterday and today. Probably take 2 days off. Seems to work and feel better that way.

Both days basically same routine as last. Higher erection jelqs, hence more time off.

I swear I measured 7" bpl but I was drunk so who knows. I may try to measure later tonight.

Measured and came up 17.5 cm. Haha small lil growth spurt I am having. Will keep this routine for a bit.

Side note, still masturbating regularly and have not seen any negative affects.
