Default Jaden100's Progress Log...Road To A Bigger Dick!!!

Hey guys, ive been on this forum for awhile now, just browsing and learning new things. At first i was alittle hesitant at starting this because i was paranoid i might injure myself and my johnson wouldnt work again haha, or if i took a piss it would burn or blood would come outta my cock LOL. Well i know if i take it easy at first and condition my penis well i should be fine. So i will do a beginners routine for the first 2 weeks and just do some light exercises at first!!!

Beginning routine:
  • 10 minute Warm Up
  • 6 minutes Of Basic Stretching
  • 10 minutes of Jelqing (3 Second Strokes)
  • Warm Down
I also have some good amount of body fat to lose and im currently working on that right now in the gym so that will def make my unit bigger since i got a good amount of penis hidden in my fat pad!!!

Current July 1st, 09.

NBPEL 4.0" BPEL 5.5"
FL 1.5-2" EG 5"

GOAL

NBPEL 6" EG 5.25

I will update with a more advanced routine in 4 weeks and i will measure every 2 weeks aswell and add pictures. I cannot wait to reach my goal, all you guys have been a big help around here, wish me luck!!!

I got alittle problem. Right after my warm up i tend to get around 50% hard and i cant stretch properly. Also during jelqing im always around 70-90% hard and ive tried pretty hard to bring it below 50% but i can only bring it down to there for about 30 seconds before it gets back up there. What should i do about this lol, i can get 100% hard if i wanted to in under 30 seconds. Should i ejaculate before i start my session or will that really hinder my gains? That i think is the only real option i have here because then i could see myself working around 50% and under!!!

In time your penis will be able to descern between Jelqing and masturbation and will respond differently to jelqing and not get so erect. Just keep at it it will learn. The best thing to do is stay relaxed when you jelq. Use a lite grip and take your time doing the jelq.
