My program:

10 min warm up
3x30s. streches in right, left, up and down
10 min jelqing
10 min warm down
50 slow kegels
Edging

*I also stoped masturbating

Started 2 months ago with:

14cm NBPEL (BPEL-15.5)
12cm EG

Now:
No gains...

Goal:
15cm NBPEL
13cm EG

(Not even thinking of stopping before reaching this goal, no matter of the time needed.)

Dream goal

18cm NBPEL
14cm EG

When are taking your ejaculation and how long are you edging.^^ Do slow kegels every other day. How about your PI? Your on and off days?

10-15 min edging after PE and 20 min in the days off.I PE 3 times a week and my only PI is larger flacid.

Skip warm down do cool down 2-3 minutes, solid rock hard EQ was my basis and early morning wood, Up your intensity to 2on-1off routine since you seem to be getting acquainted with PE Just a suggestion but changing your routine was still not advisable because you have a Positive Iidicator. Try having a complete restday in your off days (no edging).Good luck lets see what happen after a month

How about you stop focusing on gains and let them come. How has your EQ been since you began. I suggest you wait at least 30 minuets before edging after a workout.

My BPFSL is around 1 inch less than my BPEL (Cant tell exactly because I am uncircumcised)
According to the TGC Theory it means that I must concentrate on Tunica exercises (If I got the theory right).My program should be made from 30% girth-based and 70% length-based exercises.Is that correct and do you think that I should add more lenght exercises?

By the way I am having difficulties determing my LOT so I stretch both in very high and in very low angles.Which means streight down, right down, left down, streight out (9:00), streight up, right up and left up (30 seconds hold, with 30 seconds rest).
Also as Epsilon said I started 2on-1off routine (Bdw Luffy rulz ).Still no positive PI's.EQ-8.5.Can make it 10 but need a lot of stimulation and concentration.

i didn't get any gains for the first 3 months. just stay positive and they should come. Slowly (over months) intensify your routine as well.
