Hi Guys. This is my first actual post. I've been checking out these forums for about 2 weeks and had just tried getting back into PE after a little over a year of learning about it but not doing it in a healthy way. Anyway i've been on a routine for about 3 weeks, and have seen some gains already. my beginning stats are in my signature. And i measured 2 days ago and today. Today i tried out edging and then measured and saw about 1/4 in gain in length than 2 days ago. Im 22 and married. a problem im running into is 1) my wife doesn't know ive been pe'in and 2) i really like making love to my wife... so i've tried to abstain from sex for at least 4-6 hrs after my routine. i started taking multivitamins again about 2 weeks in after reading a bit and am starting to rink green tea in place of coffee. I want a larger flacid size... im not seein a terrible amount of increase there- i almost always have turtled unless aroused. now it's not happening as much but still doesn't seem like a big change. hopin that will change in another 2 months. anyway my routine: 2 days on 1 day off 5-10 min warm up(shower, sometimes i lightly stroke for warm up is that ok?) 5 sets of basic stretches 20 min of dry jelq today should have been a day off but i got stoked to try edging is it a good idea to do 2 days workout 1 day edge? i just don't usually get more than a half hour to 45 min free 2 sets light basic stretches |
