PE for today

Hot hot bath warm up 15 minutes

Stretched around my hand for 30 second holds with kegels mixed in

Stretched every direction for 15 minutes with bends mixed in

Applied Palmers stretch mark lotion and Ace wrapped

Everything is going smooth , no issues. Spots from over doing it are almost gone.

Slow wet v jelqs for 10 minutes . Slow compressed bends and rolls for 10 more minutes

Everything is going good.

Stretched around my hand each direction for 30 seconds with kegels mixed in , plus a 100 tunica tugs

Stretched every direction for 10 minutes with a few flaccid bends mixed in

Did 100 compressed rolls ,wet vjelqs for 10 minutes , compressed bends and rolls with some vjelqs mixed in

Everything is going good

Rock,
Stretch it out with one hand ,then grip it as close to the base as possible with the other and squeeze . Let go of the stretch then cup your glans and press down toward your hand ,roll it in circles while holding firm pressure on it. I do bends the same way ,once the hand is close to the base and squeezed ,ill use the other to fold it in half around my hand for 30 second holds, do them all directions and a kegel during can be felt really good.

PE the last few weeks.

Warm up hot bath each time.

Stretched every direction and held for 30 seconds each

Did slow wet vjelqs with an attempt to stretch and jelq the penis with each rep

Everything is going great , my dick is growing slowly and feeling pretty damn good

Heres a progress pic its after about 35 minutes of slow vjelqs with helicopter shakes and a few compressed rolls mixed in
That bottle measures 6 x 6.

No pic . i'll have to fix that , lol

It seem like you do more stretch than jelq interesting. I might give a try. Someday you dont jelq then the other you jelq but you stretch everyday ??
