After reading this following post: http://www.pegym.com/forums/beginner...html#post61931 I am going to start taking two l-arginine tablets each day. This will increase my daily intake from 500mg to 1000mg. I have continued with my routine over the last few days. Not sure when I should measure next...?

I think that you're right lelouch, 1st December is a good time to measure! I posted this thread today http://www.pegym.com/forums/beginner...ise-words.html in pure depression over my penis size. Pathetic I realise, but sometimes I find myself in the dumps about my penis size. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Thanks so much to everyone that responded with such encouraging words, without you I would find it so much harder to pick myself back up again. Day off today I think... back to it tomorrow. Cult

The best path is "less is more" but consistently doing your workouts. Follow your schedule very closely and try not to miss sessions. If you can't do a full session, then at least do a warm-up and some basic stretches.

![]() ![]() | DIARY November 22-11-2009 - Routine Completed 23-11-2009 - Routine Completed Sooo I've done my routine the last few days. I have a few observations to report and questions to ask if you feel like reading on... I wake up every morning after doing my routine with the biggest flaccid ever, but I have never really had morning wood? Also for that matter, I have not noticed night wood either. I tend to have a beer before when I'm sat watching TV at night, before I got to bed, is this likely to affect this? I also take all of my supplements just before my head hits the pillow. I have been experimenting with dry orgasming recently as my PC muscles have been growing stronger. I will hit the PONR and kegel as hard as I can but then it seems that the concentration of holding my PC muscles tight makes it so that I don't feel anything. I will go for it a second time and hit the PONR and I'll end up spunking everywhere lol... it seems impossible to hold it back the second time. Maybe it will all just take time. I have a feeling that I am not going to see any gains from this month of PE, because I don't FEEL like my penis has really grown.. so I'm wondering how I'm going to react if I see no results.
