Default barenut's log - looking for that little more girth

So I followed JP's 90 day routine for about 2 and a half months (5 on 2 off religiously), and then switched it up a little, kept the stretching the same, but then switched to 10 minutes wet ok jelq's and 10 minutes of v jelqs. Was always warming up with a rice sock, but felt like it didn't stay hot long enough, so switched to a flax seed sock (today will be the first with that), heat that bad boy up real good.

After the first 90 days, took about a week off, then the last month has been on and off, week on, week off; not planned, but just didn't have a chance. But I'm back to sticking to a regular schedule (except, of course, after next week, I'll be gone for a week, and the only training I'll be able to do will be incognito).

My routine now is:

warm up at least 20 minutes
5 way stretches with heli's
flaccid bends (been doing them on and off towards the end of the 90 day routine then stopped, I want to start them again).
2 or 3 tunica tugs (still not sure if I'm doing it right, almost feels like more of a stretch right behind my glands) for about 45 seconds (i just started these this last week)
2 or 3 ulis for 45 seconds (only doing these 2-3 times a week) (also just started these this last week)
10 minute wet ok jeqs
10 minutes v jelqs
20 side jelqs

not really doing a cool down, usually do it in the evening and go to sleep.

So since starting on 4/1/09, gained .375" lenght and around .15" EGMS.

My main goal is girth, so any comments, critiques are welcome, maybe I'm doing too much, or not enough. Btw, my frequency is usually around 2 or 3 days in a row, then a rest of 1 or 2 days, really trying to get a set schedule down too. Never really experienced any negative PI's.

I need to focus on exercising the rest of my body, quitting cigs (down to 1 or 2 a day) and eating better.

been doing this for about 3 on 1 off for the last week, and continue that until thursday (only doing the uli's every other day, so that's about 48 hours between them). Gonna start adding an edging session to finish off. Then I'm gonna be gone for the next week, so I'm thinking I could just warm up in the shower and do some light stretching and try out a little dry jelqing that week.

did my routine last night, but added a compressor at the end, and edged for about 10 minutes, need to work on that though, don't think I'm doing it completely right. Day off today; hate taking days off, but I know it's important. Will do my routine tomorrow and thursday, then not sure what I'll be able to do for the next week.

took 2 rest days, gonna do my routine tonight, then for the next week do a 1 on 1 off of stretches, uli's and dry jelqs. Just gonna warm up and stretch in the shower, since I won't be at home, then probably go back to my other routine. Going to try and not measure for another 2 or 3 weeks.

Hey man,

I like your persistence. Keep it up.

I'd like to remind you that you're still a beginner. You're slowly entering the ''intermediate world'' or the ''real world'' of PE. I dont recommend compressors.

Make sure you take it EASY on the Uli. your cock needs to be very warm. Make sure you do it at 90% erection, not 100.

Keep it up man, but don't think about PE too much. Get on with your life. PE is just a detail in your life. Leave it alone on off days.

thanks for the comments radiohead. I realized i wasn't doing compressors but just double uli's. But I agree, got to enjoy PE and not let it take over, which I realize happens, when I want to avoid other things in my life.

Hey Cult,

I'm still here, just haven't been on the site. I'm still doing a routine, but got interrupted, so had a 1 week on, then a 1 week off, than on the last 2 weeks, than missed the last few days (schedule has been a bit hectic). One of the things I'm trying to fix in my life is time management in general (not to just pe, but everything). I switched my routine a little bit though, and to be honest, what I had before was too time consuming. Current Routine:

15 minute warm up rice sock
4 way stretches with heli's
15 minutes wet jelq
5 minutes v-jelq
20 (or 40 depending on how you count) side jelqs
and then end with an uli and a squeeze

Been trying to do this 3 on 1 off, only had 2 solid weeks were i was able to maintain that schedule without things interfering. I think I remember reading that uli's and squeezes should been done after stretching but before jelqing, so I may try and switch the order (not sure how important it is). Haven't been doing any warm down or cool downs tho. Haven't measured in awhile, but I think I will in a few weeks, once I'm back in a regular routine (which I plan on starting tonight).

Wow, great to hear that you haven't given up!! I guess it's just me that gave up lol

this last month or so has been bad for PE, but I'm going to be back on it after this week. My last measurement was 4.21"EGMS and 4.5"base (but this was measured right after PE'ing, so not exactly a true measurement) before I took a break, and now it's back to my sig again. I think I'm going to keep my routine for the next month and see if things work out. If they don't, I think I'm going to go back to the JP's beginner's routine, because I did gain with that. Keep up the PE'ing and stay positive cult.

Question; I noticed that my dick width is smallest in the middle, not sure if that is where the least amount of growth occurred or if it's always been like that, but is it possible to target just the midshaft?
