Last night I decide to switch to DLD routine I know Im not a newbie But I try to find what really work for me Do more Stretch or Do more Jelq Yesterday Ive never done 300 jelq in one night Today It feel good and I think Im ready for 300 more For sure at this quantity I cant do 5 sec and more rep But I try to stay in quality jelq. I asked yesterday this question but none have answer it ![]() If my BPFL is 5.5 and my BPEL is 6.0 What that mean that my Tunica is my limiting factor ?? so I need to do more Lenght (70%) and less jelq (30%) ?? Thank you for your help

Day On With a New warm up style 10min Heat up in shower ( hot as possible I can take more than 5 sec on my unit ) 50 sec Stretch All directions without kegels (break day) Warmdown 5 min 1hour later Ive done 15min of Edging 1hour later Ive done some push up , set up , dumbell Need some sleep I mean quality sleep Try Green thea pills before sleep it really help to get Quality Sleep

Hey dude Sorry I couldnt tell you about sock hanging any earlier. Just wrap a sock around your penis. Make sure the sock is held in place with a piece of string, elastic OR a strip of velcro. You tie the string/elastic around the sock so it's tight on the penis. You then tie a 1 pound item at the end of a string, and tie this string to the string that is around your cock. So you are basically hanging with strings.

Basicly almost everything I do can be done by any new member. I have find with time that I dont think for me the best is to do 300 jelq. Ive tryed to do less and more and I come to the conclusion that I heal slowly I maybe have a slow metabolism. I need to take it easy and take the time to get intensity. A good Heat up 10-20 min Stretch all nine direction 30sec with kegels or more and I do like 40-60 Jelq slow strokes. I focus on Stretching because I have difficulty to gain lenght compare to girth. I gain amazing girth just with Edging and Balloning. Well do trys soon youll see what's best for you. Hope you will see great gain soon
