Little Workout Tonight Ive come back to something very basical. That seem to work great for me. 12 min Heat up 30 sec Really low pull Stretch without kegels 9 position Lower (mid ,right,left) Mid (mid,right,Left) Up(mid,right,left) 100 Jelq (50 each hands) very low Erect. Warm down 5min Hot water.

I have buy a new 5Lbs of Whey shake Contain L-arginine , Glutamine , 25g Protein per cup I'll watch my PI's If everything alright Ill do a workout later tonight. I have a question about mesurement. Its good to mesure when you do a kegel, Its seem that I get like 3mm more when i hold my kegel while mesuring. You guys take mesurement with or without kegel holding ? thank you

Work 12 min Edging no blow. Sleep 1hour Eat Steak vegetable patatoes Take Arginine and Ginko biloba Hot shower Gym Workout: 5min HIT Cardio Jogging Legs Workout 5min Bike 1½ cup of whey shake about 30g proteins. Little Pe Workout : 20min Heat up 30 sec Stretch all nine directions. without kegels. 50 to 100 slow jelq low erect. Ok grip Kegel when reach under head and pushing to base (tunica style) Heat down 5-10min High temperature.

Jelq low erect. kegels when reach under head is wonderful. I would like to everyone try this at least one time. do 100 jelq slow 4-5 sec each for the 50 first do kegels everytime you reach under head. after 50 do kegels at every pair number 2,4,6... and just do a normal stroke at impair number 1,3,5,7 ... Great Workout tonight

Workout Tonight 15min Heat Up 30 sec Stretch all directions a few kegels with Low pull intensity 2 X 100 slow jelq low erect. low-medium Ok grip Warm down rice sock 10 min. Ballonning 10 min. Bedtime.

Hey Domzorz, I just read the whole of your log and it is very comprehensive. Thanks for giving me an insight in to your routines and congrats on your fantastic gains. Well I Forgot to change the date I have mesure today and Im still 6"1/4 at best erection and something like 5" EG. Thank you for posting

Workout ( LENGHT FOCUSED ) In The Shower.. 20 min HEAT UP ! 20-30 JAI Stretch 30 sec stretch all nine directions. with few kegels Inner Stretch 30 sec 5-10 JAI Stretch Inner Stretch 30 sec RE HEAT UP 2-3min Out of the shower.. Ten min of slow jelqing with low pressure Ok grip Stop when erect go Over 30% About 100-200 Jelq I didnt count this time. Heat Down 5-10 min With slow massage on sides on top of unit.

Long time no post But I didnt stop to Pe Ive been doing 2day 1 off for like 2 week 10-15 min Heat up in shower 30-45 sec stretch with kegels each directions low intensity pull under 100 jelq low erect. low OK grip 5-10 min Heat Down Tonight Ive done a good Edging and ballonning sessions 45 min Edging and a 5 min Ballonning. After few days without ejec. A huge load has come out. Recently my EQ wasnt Top Shape. Maybe I need to go back to Edging more Often Like few month ago and dont hold my load for more than 1-2 day Im back

Yesterday was a Day Off In this day Off Ihad go in the shower 2 time( day and night) 10 min Hot water concentrated on unit. I recently go back at gym 1 day on 1 day off 2 day on 1 day off. I do now more legs than before and It feel good great progession in just one week ![]() I still do 2 day 1 off in my PE workout Today Ive done 35min Edging and a good 10 min Ballonning Everything is going well Ive mesured at nearly 16 cm that 6"5/16 but Ive push really hard to get this mesure BVERYPRESSERECTLEGHT
