Yesterday ive done some edging (45min) I had 9/10 EQ and my girth was really big. Ive not cum since 5 day. It make a big difference on the girth the penis seem to be more full and more hard. Ive done less kegel 50 in sit fowfer is enough for the begining I just hold em 3-5 sec. Well I mesured and I still hit 6" bpel still more work to do

great workout today I hit 6" 1/8 in the pump last time I hardly hit 6". Now I hit 6" more easy Day off tommorow

WEEK 2 :

Good workout today 15 min warm up 2 min stretch all direction , penis pump 5 min , 60 slow jelq (+10 for week 2) penis pump 5 min , 60 slow jelq , penis pump 5 min ( 15 min pump for week 2 ) today ive done an extra 40 jelq . Warm down 10 min very hot shower.

Objectives:
Keep getting constant on my 2 on 1 off Routine
Increase Length go above 6" with 10/10 EQ
Increase Girth I think im around 4.25 but keep enlarging side of my penis.

Remeber to:
Get more Sleep time
Eat more Vegetables.
Drink more water.
Go back do some Cardio at the gym.


Ive recently buyed billberies and blueberrys pills seem to get an extra boost on erection.

Im on a day off and I didnt do anything with my buddy

well when I had come back from job.Ive put my rice sock in the microwave then warm for about 10-15min. Then I go take a very hot shower then turn it very cold for about 5 min to get all the acid lactic out of my buddy. Then 5 min hot again. Now I think I will do some Edging // Ballonning for about 20-30 min

work out last night was exhausting. My penis today was kind of tired so Ihad only stretch in the shower. Im getting PI'S. So today is a on / off day. Tommorow I will work on strech jelq pump. Rest is always good for regenerating and creating new cells

WEEK 3: This week I decide to introduce some V-jelq and Jai stretch


Warm up 15min

Stretch D U L R (1min30 to 2min)
Jai 3 x 15 (2sec hold 2 sec release)
Full erection
2-3 min pump (no need of more )
65jelq (5 more than week2)
50 V-jelq ( first week V-jelq)
Full erection
2-3 min pump
65 jelq
50 V-jelq
Full erection
65 jelq.
Warm Down 5-10 min hot Shower ( the most hot I can resist )

This work really well my penis. Let see If Ill get some gain for the next few week

Ive sleeped 2 hours after I come back at home. Rest is appreciated by my body that for sure. Day on Tonight and my girlfriend come home tonight so I will slightly decrease all rep and time. It seem Im more a "less is more person" than the otherwise so no overtrain for tonight
