stretch each direction 1min

15 x 2 JAI

60 slow jelq low erection pushing base and sliding up the shaft slowly

30 V-jelq slow and low erect

60 other jelq low erect

warm down 10 min hot water.

1min stretch each direction
30-40 jai stretch
50 very very slow jelq 5 sec and more (super low erection)
30 V jelq slow 3-5 sec
pump 2 min
50 jelq (50 % erect)
30 Vjelq
pump 2 min

Ballonning 40 min and mesuring at nearly 15.5cm or 6"3/16 Ive never been so long XD HURRAAY

girth seem to be like 5 i dont know need to mesure it

2min stretch each direction (diagonal 30-45 ) with medium intensity
Helicopter snake 30 sec after each directions
Jelq super low erect 60 once reach the top push with the other hand to the base and push up to the gland with the hand already on the shaft (tunica stretch jelq )

warm down Hot shower 10 min



Tommorow Girth day

warm up 10-15min
stretch with medium high intensity 2min
30-50 kegel erect
60 jelq high erection 60% +
30-40 V-jelq erec.40/50
warm down 10 min

Yesss I mesured girth after this work out and its very good.

Head girth :4"3/4

Mid Shaft girth :5"1/8
