Yeah thank Ive found that If I do too much I wont go forward in PE so I decide to go more slowly and more sec in my jelq 5- 10 sec was too much for me. My unit was exhausted for 1-2 day EQ become really poor and that didnt show good result in the end so that it

Week 6 (i think ? lol) New Way to Work my Unit ! Poor EQ was getting me sick so I decide to do Less sec of jelq More rep let see what it will done. Warm up a Good 15 Rice Sock 5min Hot shower Stretch 1 min all direction 30 quick Kegels each direction 100 Jelq Low erection 30% 2-3 sec max per rep (low grip) 50 drop down penis with a little Kegel before penis fall (new thing I experimented) 100 Jelq Low erection 30% 2-3 sec max per rep (low grip) warm down 5 min hot water Maybe Ill try a little 15 min of edging but I think I will get some Rest I dont know depend of my unit respond .

Today I had this Idea. It seem that I have a hard lig ( I must have 3 I think ) I gain lenght very hardly. when i was begining after my workout i was gaining some lenght. What I was doing is to Pull my stretch very hard ( I dont know it can be bad) and kegel combined with. Jelq 40-50 max Tunica stretch (when I reach the top I Push with my other hand at the base ) Well Ive done this workout tonight warm up 20 min Hard stretch all dir. 40-60 sec (depend how its feel) X 2 Low erect. Jelq Tunica Stretch type 50 rep Warm down 5 min Supp : Arginine , Ginko biloba , Green thea , Tribulus , Siberian Giseng.

Long Warm up 15 min heat pad 5 min hot shower 1min Stretch 3 set One on Low intensity one on medium and High intensity ( just under pain zone) All directions with consecutive kegels at random time in the stretch Warm Down 5 min heat pad No jelq for today Need more Lenght Maybe Ill try 2 day on 1 day off 1 day Stretching 1 day jelqing I heal slowly I need more rest than fast metabolism person Im a Less is more so Lets go Positive Mind Lets Go

25 min warm up stretch with hot cloth on it Light - medium intensity kegel while stretching 1min each directions. rewarm up 2-3 min Jelq low erect. 30% 60 reps Ok grip medium speed 2-3 sec strokes Hotshower 2-3 min rewarmup Jelq semi-erect 40-50 % 80 reps Ok grip Medium intensity 2-3 sec strokes Hot water on Unit Jelq Down 30 slow stroke low erect. Hot water 2-3min 10 min Edging Gaining 100 % erect for Oxygen in tissus Great workout today massive girth expansion nice lenght too Postivism !

Ok I know what Im gonna do for my next gain ![]() Go back to gym A routine with Cardio and Abs ( cutting the fat pad) I realize I lost 3/4 - 1 inch of my dick size just because of this crap XD Good Sleep 8 hours and more Good Food alot of fruits vegetables 5-10 per days Water alot 2-3 L Decondition break in Mid october and for sure continue my routine shes kind of weird these days but I think I go for a 2 on 1 off Day 1 warm up 20 min Kegels 50 Stretch with Kegel 3 min each direction low intensity put Heat on ligs between set Jelq 50 -100 depend how its feel super low erect. Ok grip Warm Down 10 min Edge 5-10 Day 2 warm up 20 min Stretch with Kegel 1 min each direction low intensity Rewarm up unit Jelq 100-200 semi- erect. (40 -60%)Light grip maybe split in 2 set of 50 or 2 of 100 warm down 10 min Edge Optional depend on Unit 10-20 min Day 3 Off Heat on Unit 20-30 min Balloning 10 min Edging 20 min Heat on Unit 10 min That it I think! Im gonna try this for the next 2 week Let see what will happen Ill try to be consistant and dedicated more than ever now. I want to reach my goal so bad. I have all in my hand. Let just time and Dedication do the work with patience..
