1min stretch all dire. + kegels
50 jelq no or partial erection low grip
get 90-95%erect and do an ULI
Jelq 30% erect. 40 rep
Compressor 90-95% erect. 30sec

Lenght Workout ! 40 min

15min Warmup
2min Total Stretching with random kegel to break the kick back 2X1min Low-medium intensity pull
100 Jelq very low erect. Lenght focused. medium grip OK grip
2 Tunica Stretch in random time in jelquing session 25 sec each
Warmdown 5 min Very hot water on unit.

Everythings is feeling good no red spot no pain GAIN WILL COME !!!
Keep It Positive Great things will come in a close futur

Really impressive how you switch up routines like that for length and girth separately.

Make sure you are
1) Stretching LIGHTLY
2) Staying warm throughout your entire workout, specially for girth routines!!!!!!!
3) Keep your cock nice and plump throughout the day by heating up

Thank you For your advise Radiohead I think ive read somewhere that you speak french Im from quebec so I speak french too.
I have very accurate routine for both messurement. In lenght day I do less jelq and I do them no erect. or very little. In girth day I jelq with higher erect.
