I decide to do a proccess log me too


here the routine:

warm up with a rice bag 10-15 min

stretch all direction 1 min medium intensity progressive push

penis pump 5-10 min

jelq 40-50 slow stroke 3-5 sec rep

penis pump 5-10 min

jelq 40-50 " " " "

kegel 50 x 3


warm down 10 min

ive done my routine tonight and it seem to work well i had some difficulty at first with holding my erection in the pump even if i was watching porn but the jelq after the pumping are really effective i saw clearly a good difference .. all the penis seem like more engorged of blood and the expension was truely upgraded ( sorry for my bad english i may do alot of mistake but at least i try


I'll try to do an 1 day on 1 day off routine Ive been Pe for almost 1 year i think and i didnt get very valuable success but i give another try


so tonight i go at the gym do some bicep and tricep and then I'll try to go to bed earlier to get some rest.

i had a bad night of sleep i woke up 2 time ... i just wake up and i go to the job Tonight its girlfriend time hope Ill be in shape and rest I think im gonna do a little sleep after the job

Dom good luck . I think you should up your stretches though. Stretches is what gave me the fastest gains without a doubt

after my warm up im all engorged of blood im in between flaccid and semi-erect so i need to wait . I should stretch 2 min up down left right toward with 20-30 helicopter snake between each direction .. i wonder if i should do kegel when i stretch ... well ive tryed someday and i realize that after ihad some difficulty to get an erect for my jelq ..

well im back from the job very tired i think im gonna go put my rice sock in the microwave do some stretch and 40 jelq low grip

Where are you from Dom? Your routine is good but it sounds like you need sleep. Are you having troubler sleeping?

Im from Quebec . Nah I dont have trouble sleeping I just do too much things in my day and always go sleep late. Maybe I could have better gain if I sleep more. I must sleep before 11o clock to get at least 7hours of sleep each night before i go to job. My job is very hard. Im a welder Im standing all day long sometime in hard position having pain each day in my back . When i come back from the job I take a whey shake with Glutamine to help regenerate muscle then I eat and I go to gym between 7 and 8pm. One hour gym 1-2 muscles. I do PE before go to the bed. Maybe I should do my Pe after supper then sleep then go train I dont know what is the best for now I need some help I think

Im on a day off so I ve edge and balloning for 50 min. First time I hit 15cm or 6" bpel. A new chapter arrive My goal get over 6" Now I ll go in the shower then relax with my rice sock on my penis 20 min and let all my body relax of my day

I cheated Ive warm up with my sock of rice while i was talking on the phone with my girlfriend then i stretch all direction and do some fowfer. I must say WOW its an AMAZING stretch. I will for sure put it in my routine. Im done for today work tommorow and a regular Pe day

Yesss Finally I hit 6" bpel Today Big warm up strech all direction,10 min sit fowfer with 25 kegel X 2 , 5 min pump at full erect , 50 jelq , full erection pump 5 min and 50 jelq very slow jelq 5 sec more. Im very Happy theres no word to tell my satisfation keep working guys It worth it
