Just be careful and cautious. I'm not sure what you can withstand and you can only know it if you push it, but don't push too hard.

So far, haven't had problems with this workout. Although I'm lowering the intensity step by step

27/08/2009 Rest Day Edging session. Didn't last more than 25 minutes. Did a too far PONR and it just slipped away. Sups: Whey shake and Multivitaminic I think I see some erect gains now. Maybe I don't see higher gains because I get familiar with my penis size even if It size has changed, so you never know it has. I don't know if I'm making myself clear, so I'll give a similar example. When you were a teen and still growing in high, the people who didn't have the chance to see you very often, when they did, they all said, "Oh my, you sure have grown up", but to the ones close to you, they never had such reactions. Anyways, tommorow is another big day. I am a bit more motivated now. What keeps my mind busy is how different can my penis look like during and after the whole process. How can the human body be so flexible? With gym, in a year, you get muscles and a very different shape that makes you happy by looking yourself in the mirror and remembering how you used to be. I just want to have that same moment about my unit's size within the necessary ammount of time. (not in an hurry) Out, LearningtoLive

Report: I noticed some red spots on my unit's foreskin. I think I read somewhere it happens due to heating too hot.

28/08/2009 Edging in the morning (with some Uli's) Workout at night: Warm-up : shower Stretches, in all directions, including tunica tugs -30 secs each - 20 mins Wet Jelq and V-jelq - slow strokes, not too erect, around 50-60% - aprox 30 mins Light O-bends - 9 minutes - 30s each Couple of Uli's and Horse Squeezes (reducing on them) - 7 mins Supps : Multivitaminic It seems like when I jelq at low erection state, I don't work it that much. Now, I do have the means to measure myself, but I feel like I don't want to. Maybe I'll work more for a couple of weeks and then measure.

29/08/2009 Took the day off for myself. Went to see a movie. Inglorious Basterds is a good movie but still, produced by Tarantino, that maniac that makes people laugh. Got nothing against the movie, only that I found myself watching the movie for almost 3 hours. 30/08/2009 Workout day Warm-up: Hot cloth - 15 mins Stretches, same stuff - 20 mins Wet Jelq and V-jelq - did erect ones too - aprox 30 mins No O-bends Uli's, Horse Squeezes, Erect Kegels - 8 mins Still going to do some home body exercising. Supps: NO-explode (creatine + caffeine) its a volumizer(going back to gym tommorow), whey shake, multivitaminic Tommorow will swap Uli's and horse squeezes for O-bends and do an edging session. You have great commitment bud, obviously your pretty fit. I dont know sh1t about this stuff but I sometimes thing about PE training like my weights routine in that I always have to stop myself from doing more in the gym because we all know its counter productive and the rest time is the grow time. Maybe thats bullshit advise but only time will tell for us mate!!

31/08/2009 Work out day: Warm-up- hot towel- 15+ mins Stretching in all directions, inc. tunica tugs, 30 secs each - 20 mins (break, privacy problems and resumed it later at night with some massaging warm-up) Wet Jelqing and V-jelqing - slow strokes, semi-erect and erect - aprox. 30 mins Uli's, Erect Kegels and couple of Horse Squeezes - 9 mins Some type of edging with ejaculation Warm-down - Bed fowfers. Gym workout: Taking it slow, need to re-adapt to it. Warm-up : 7 mins running Weigh Lifting: Biceps, Triceps, Chest, and Abs (wide variety of each) Sups: Multivitaminic, Whey Shake, NO-explode( creatine and caffeine(which shouldn't be there... it's non pe stuff) ) 1/09/2009 Rest Day of PE Might Attempt Edging Serious Cardiovascular Gym Workout: Started with 10 mins on bike around 30 mins, Working Chest again with decent Rest intervals Was invited to a Body Combat lesson (martial arts moves with music and choreography) - 45-55 mins Break for Whey shake - 5-10 mins Was invited once again to a X55 lesson (localized workout) - 45 mins While showering with hot water, stretches a bit and bent to. Sups: Multivitaminic, Whey Shake, NO-explode. No Coffees Today nor ever again. Seriously need to rest, my shoulders seem to weigh a ton.
