Will keep that in mind for sure. Just a Physical Update: Been noticing a inner vein swelling (that means it's not on the foreskin). One of the veins (that bifurcates into two ) that is situated on the left side of the penis' shaft, close to the glands, is swollen. It has not ruptured, but seems like I'm applying an Uli directly on those veins. What should this be? I've noticed before that this is, by nature, a fatter vein, but it has never gotten this fat ( I don't mean it's excessively big). What could this be?

Mine started that early on, it seems it took yours longer. You have one on both sides, the one on the left side of my unit got largest but it has remained very pronounced with no adverse effects. Could be you're showing some signs of a growth spurt. How about some new measurements man?

Stop doing ULI's for awhile. Just do some slow, easy Jelqing.

So even if you dont get those gains your looking for. You need to prepare yourself in the event that you dont. There is no reason why you cant gain, so just remain positive and it will come eventually. Think of it as laying the foundations now and bearing the fruit later.

Greetings all. I felt like this was the time to put and update about my actual routine. And yes, I still PE. And no, I haven't taken measures yet, but I'm encouraging myself to do so. 10-15 mins warm-up: Rice-sock or massage 2 sets of 30 sec stretches (left, right, up,down, straight out, left tunica tug, right tunica tug) 2 sets of 30 sec O-bends (1-2 fingers) left, right,up,down 20-30 mins of Erect Jelqing (75%-almost 100%) 4-6 sets of 30 secs Uli + 20 secs of Horse Squeeze Warm-down Soon, measures will be shown ladies! Over and out, LearningtoLive

Hi Learning! I remember reading through your log about a month and a half ago and wondering "where did he go?" Glad to see you back posting. Keep us updated. I would advise you to get a measurement in as soon as possible. You also need to take a girth measurement. Without decent measurements, how are you going to track progress? Good luck and and Godspeed on your journey. |

Thank you for such warm welcome. I'll definitely post some measurements asap. To be honest, I haven't seen much of a growth, that's what scares the hell out of me

This it it. I'm back to serious PE and tracking my progress. In the past 2 weeks I've been failing myself in a couple of workouts due to work and being tired as hell to PE. That usually happens because the only time in the day I have for PE is before sleeping, and at that time, I only feel like resting. Usually I find myself giving up on that day. Well I must be strong and force myself to stay awake 1 hour or so plus, so I can accomplish my goals.
