I started PE in January this year by accidentally stumbling onto this site, I was originally 5.75" BPEL by 4.5" EG around the mid-shaft. I made a beginner routine for myself and i didn't really notice any gains so my PEing went into a stop-start phase where i would do it 3-4 days every couple of weeks staggered. Near the end of July I started to seriously get into it and worked at it for a couple weeks. I then thought I'd measure for shits and giggles and I came up with a: BPFLS: 6.25", Girth (Bottom): 6", Girth (Mid-shaft): 5", BPEL: 6.5" on the 12th of August. I tightened up my routine with more advanced and modified exercises and as of the 20th of August I am currently; BPFLS: 6.75" Girth (Bottom): 6.25", Girth (Mid-shaft): 5.125", BPEL: 7" Thats a half inch gain in 8 days. I haven't measured recently, I'm planning on doing so on Friday. I'm quite certain it has increased noticably in girth. I will post my measurements here from now on. |
