Default My Progress

Hi there,

Well this is my first progress log. I've been PEing for just over 3 and a half months.

For the first 3 months I followed (approx) JP's beginner routine and gained just under 0.5" in length.

I started in mid-May and I had an NBPEL of 5.2" and an EG of 4.5"

By the end of July I'd reached 5.65" NBPEL/6.06" BPEL, with an EG of still 4.5"

I've had a 1.5 week break, due to a thrombosed vein at the base of the shaft (was quite painful to begin with) which has now - more or less - cleared up. I thought over this break I would lose some of my gains, but I've measured myself a few hours ago and my stats are now:

BPEL: 6.5"
NBPEL: 5.875"
EG: 4.5"

The girth is still eluding me, but I was quite pleased/shocked about the gains I've made this passed month.

I'm pleased with how quickly I've made length gains, so now I've made my routine more girth-orientated.

Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday:

Warm-up - shower and hot wet cloth (5mins)
Basic Stretches - 30 seconds each direction
Flaccid Bends - 30% erect
150 wet jelqs - 40%-50% erect (20 reverse jelqs included)
95 v jelqs - 40%-50% erect
4 x 30 second "Girth Jelqs" - 75%-80% erect - clamp base, jelq upwards about 1" and hold
Warm-down - shower and hot wet cloth (5mins)

Monday & Thursday:

Warm-up - shower and hot wet cloth (5mins)
Basic Stretches - 30 seconds each direction
150 wet jelqs - 40%-50% erect (20 reverse jelqs included)
95 v jelqs - 40%-50% erect
5 x 20 second Tunica Tugs - 20% erect
4 x 30 second Uli's


Hopefully I'll start making some girth gains soon. I'm aiming (in the short term) for about 6.25" NBPEL (so I can safely say that I'm over 6"'s) and 5" EG. If I reach this size, I'll be more than happy.

In the long term I'll be aiming for 7" NBPEL and 5.5" EG.

August Update:

BPEL: 6.30" (0.15" increase since last month)
NPBEL: 5.83" (0.13" increase since last month)
EG - lower mid-shaft: 4.53" (0.03" increase since last month)

I've also started taking Flaccid measurements for the first time...

FL: 4.3" - measured with the foreskin pulled back as this seems to give me about 0.25" extra
FSL: 5.51"
FG: 4.37"

I've stuck to my above routine as much as possible, but have had a week and a half of this month, due to a thrombosed vein (or other 'solid vein' problem). I started back on my routine on the 25th and have been doing every other day, to ease me back into the cycle. I'll be starting 'full time' again next week.

Had a really good session today. I've got the day of work and no one else is around so I was able to do my routine without feeling rushed.

I've cut my routine down a bit, so I don't overwork myself.

Today I did...

Warm-up

Basic Stretches -20 seconds
A-Stretch - 20 seconds x 2

O-Bends x 20seconds @ 30% erect

150 Jelqs @ 50% erect
90 V Jelqs @ 50% erect

Warm-down

I've started rubbing lavender oil (diluted otherwise it burns ) on my penis after my routine and that, along with the Ginkgo Biloba seems to be keeping my flaccid plump throughout the day.

I've checked my post-routine girth and it was 4.65" (my current girth is 4.5"), so hopefully this will start converting into actual gains pretty soon *crosses fingers*.

mate dont lose site of the fact that the 1/2 inch plus you've gained in length is significant.
If someone said a few months ago, "if you play with your d1ck a bit, it'll grow half an inch" you'd take it every single time. Patience grasshopper

It's been one of those days today. I had a bad day at work which I think has impacted on my PEing.

I usually do my routine while having a shower in the evening, but tonight I thought I'd try a hot bath and see if it was any better for the warm-up/warm-down. To put it plainly, it was crap. The water cooled down far to quickly and I was left PEing in luke-warm water.

I think the problems I've had at work were still playing on my mind so I wasn't able to get into my routine that well and wasn't able to concentrate. I had difficulty maintianing a 50% erection for my girth routine.

Tomorrow and Saturday are my off-days so hopefully by next week everything will be back to normal. Fingers crossed!

Another set-back. I've got another - what I thought to be - thrombosed vein. Though on further research I think it's probably a clotted lymph gland; so I'll be having another few weeks off until this heals.

I might try removing the O-bends from my routine as the cause of these problems seems to be any exercise with a prolonged squeeze in it; Ulis, O-bends etc.

I'll probably substitute O-bends for Flaccid Bends and see what happens.

Had my first session since my clotted lymph gland.

Did some light basic stretches and 200 flaccid (10%-15%) jelqs to ease me back into PE.

Have been taking my Ginkgo and Zinc supplements and doing a handful (no pun intended) of JAI stretches when I go to the toilet.

I've also started edging for 15-20mins, 1-2 times a week.
