Smile Starting from the basic

Hi everyone,
I've decided to keep a log of all PE work made for a couple of reasons:
-keep motivation
-track (hopefully) gains

I am fairly new to PE, I've just started a few days ago, so i'll stick to Basic Programs for the first month.
First of all my starting point:

BPEL 5,9'' (15 cm) MSG 4,3" (11 cm).
My main concern is girth, which I would really like to improve.

My goals in a couple of years:
BPEL 8" MSG 6"
It looks like a lot to me, but I'll start slowly and see what it happens.

I'll start with the Beginners Routine for the first month, just to get used to the exercises.
I go for a 2 days on-1 off program, exercising mainly in the morning.
First day of training was August 26, with a 25 minutes routine (8 min warming up, 7 min stretch, 10 min. jelq), and I will keep going increasing intensity until the end of September, when I plan to be able to make a 45 min. routine (10 min warm-up, 10 min stretching, 25 min jelq and V-jelq)

From October on I will try the JP's 90 days Beginners routine, which seems to me really good and complete (Thanks JP!!).
Goal for the end of the year is +0.6" length +0.5"girth, let's see...

I forgot Kegel, every other day increasing intensity. I love kegel and it's already quite easy for me to keep a 10 sec contraction.
I will definitively give it a go on edging, 'cause I need to master the control on my ejaculation: I'm not a '10 seconds man', but it' difficult for me to go for more than 5 minute without ejaculating, and I need to develop a lot more stamina.

Whatever will happens, it has been a real pleasure to find this forum and to share this experience with you all!!
In bocca al lupo a tutti!

Default Visualization

Hi everyone,
One-and-a-half week of PE, and I am already personalizing my routine...
I always stick to the standard Beginners Routine, which as of today is

8 min warm-up
8 min stretching in all directions (30 sec each)
13 min jelq (2 sets of 40 jelq and 20 V-jelq)

Since I am uncut, i appreciated all advices posted on how to adjust exercises for uncut people, they are really a good improvement

What I am now changing is the rhythm of the jelq, I have slowed it down to around 4-5 sec per jelq and I can "feel" it much more. It seems more effective in moving blood along the shaft. Of course, results are still to come, but the feeling is much better.
And there we go to the main point: visualization. With a slower tempo of the exercise, I can now concentrate and visualize the results I want to get.
More then that, I try to visualize my penis as if it is big as a 1,5 liter coke bottle! I know it is impossible to obtain , but it's fun to imagine which sensation would give such dick during PE training. As a result, time passes more quickly due to the effort of "visualizing" it and exercise is much more enjoyable.
Give it a try and give me your impression.
I know it is a trick that many top-level body-builders use during training, but it's the first time i'll try it myself, and I have to admit, it is a plus during training.

In the middle of september I will start my "winter cycle" with creatine and supplements for the gym, which will go until Christmas: I'll keep posting if I see any change in PE exercises and feeleng.

All the best

Default Kegel routine

Thanks Phibby,
I'll sure need your help when I'll move more towards girth-oriented exercises: as you can see from my profile, girth is a main area of improvement for me.

Today was day off from PE and was "kegel day" (I do 1 day on-one off for kegel), so I've tried to build up a routine.
Said that I kegel basically every day (I like the feeling), even if it it's about stopping the urine flow at least 8 times every time I go to the toilet, in "kegel days" I like to have a fixed routine.
Mine "for beginners" is as follows:

warm-up: 2 sets of 30 quick kegel, 30 sec rest in between
1 set of 50, holding contraction for 5 sec
1 set of 20, holding contraction for 10 sec
2 sets of 30 quick kegel
2 sets , each made off 1 contraction kept as long as I can (for me is between 35 and 40 sec).

Maybe it is because I'm a beginner, but hell, it burns at the end! I know from my gym experience it is a "good" burning, but still it burns!
I try to go through the whole routine twice during the day, in the morning and in late afternoon: it takes about 12 minute .

I didn't do any measure since the 26th August (first day of PE for me), but I can already feel more thickness, more veins and morning woods are regular in the last days! A Really encouraging start.
I'll measure again the 14th September, before i start with supplements for the winter cycle in the gym: I would like to understand if supplements, without changing my routine, give positive or no effect on growth.

Default Gym Results With Pe!

OK, just a quick update:
I am still doing the Beginners Routine, with e 10 min warm up, 10 min stretching and I can arrive now to 15 min Jelquing before feeling my unit sore (just temporary, next morning it's OK)
I did'nt measure myself, but the feeling is very good and my penis look healtier. I will do the first measurement the 15th of september, before starting supplements for the gym.

What I did not expect was the improvement in the gym workout: without changing anything else, I now lift 10% more than before (I went to a restart-cycle after an inactivity periode about three times now, I know what I'm talking about). It's like having taken creatine for 2 weeks!

I supposed is due to much higher Testosterone level in my blood, which act as a muscle improvement drug: It' really a welcome side effect!

I'm thinking of having my blood tested to define the testosterone level, but I did'nt do it at the beginning, so no reference. I did'nt think about it but it would have been nice, this coud be a scientific proof that PE works (in case one more is needed...)

I'll keep you updated next week and.. good PE and be consistent!

Cool First measurements: 3 WEEKS RESULTS!

Yesterday for the first time since starting PE (26th August 09) I did some measurements and the results were there!
Ok, nothing to be impressed about, but after just three weeks I can say it works!

26 Aug 09: BPEL 5.9" EG (mid shaft) 4.3"
14 Sep 09: BPEL 6.1" EG (mid shaft) 4.5"

I still have the doubt that those improvements are "beginners gains" and come from initial PE stretching and training, and not from real growth, but if I can see again improvement in the next month, than I will be sure that I am training correctly!

I am still in the Beginners Routine, and I will stick to it, maybe adding some V-Jelq, until it keeps giving me results, then I will move to JP 90 days routine.
Only drawback, my EQ seems to be lower now, I would say between 7 and 8, but I've read other had this problem, that can be solved with kegels and some additional days off.

In case the situation does not improve, I will need you advice, but for the moment I am very happy!

By the way, I will start next week with supplements for the gym (I had to delay my plan 1 week due to work overload...I can't even complain with my boss because I am the owner of the company!): i will keep track if I see any change (positive or negative ) on PE.

Last point: staying hydrated during the day, i.e. drinking at least 2 liter of water throughout the day, definitely helps PE and recovery time!

Thanks Phibbys, I need some good news! Unfortunately, I am a very impatient person and usually I need to see results quickly to keep motivation high.
This time I will give myself enough time, since I plan to reach my goal in around 2 years, but at the beginning of the ascent the mountain to climb looks really big!

I am quite impatient to see the next measurement in October: if again there will be an improvement, it will be +10 motivation points!

Sir JonPop, your stories are amazingly good!
And I love the idea of using real characters within the stories!
I'm now reading the third, and I went through the first two in a matter of hours

The Spammers War is great, and the Black Knight is excellent! Actually, the Black Knight remembers me of someone in the gym where I go, who found his own plant with berries like in the story...his muscles are bulging but his mind is leaving him...if he could speak English, I would have him read your story

Anyway, your stories would require a website for themselves!
It will be a pleasure to read the other.

Thanks for this gift, Sir JonPop!
