Allright folks so I have been reading this site for quitesome time now, and I have finally decided to quit being lazy and get a routine started.
I have started The 90 Day Beginner routine (thanks to the author) And i will report progress as it comes, maybe weekly or bi weekly.

To start I have always had troubles accurately measuring myself as it seems i start to loose EQ The Closer the ruler gets Lol, But after many measurements and much deliberation on weather it was my pride adding that extra little bit, I have decided to just do an average of A few measurements Taken Over about 3 erections... Here's What i Got

NBPEL = 6 1/8 ( measured 6.5 to 6 to 6 1/4 so ill just say that ) And across most of my shaft The EG is 5.5 ( i think there may be a skinnier spot somewhere lol but oh well)
I Started The 90 Day beginner Routine Yesterday September 7th 09.



A few questions, When i jelq I apply a fair amount of pressure, Although im usually rocking a semi during the exercise, Is it only bad to apply pressure when your nearly hard, or even while mostly flacid?
Also ever since i can remember i Invoulentarily flex my kegal muscles during sex and masturbation, the whole time, I actually have to concentrate to not do it Lol, So will this Count as My Kegals, or is it better to do them when soft.
And Finally When you folks say edging, Do you mean masturbating for extended Periods of Time (because thats like a sport to me and when im not busy I have been known to rub one out for like 3-4 hours until ejaculating ) or do you mean riding right on the precipice of orgasm for half an hour and then not ejaculating at all?And finally I am uncircumsized, Wet jelquing is Just as Efeective As on cut guys as for me correct, or should i try dry jelquing, Id just hate to do all this and end up with the same dick but 4 inches more foreskin lol.

On friday I will be Picking up the vitamins and what not in the guide, although i allready take most of them as is. Any other advice would be Welcome. Thanks.

well fade to answer your first question my advice would be to start off with a soft grip until your unit is conditioned enough to handle a firm grip you might already be we all are different but it is much better to be cautious and prevent injury so ease yourself into the firmer grip. and also no its not bad to apply pressure as long as you are conditioned as i said earlier but the firmer your grip the more pressure it puts on your tendons and your penis itself and this can possibly cause injury.
Now applying to kegaling i am the same as you i just randomly flex my pc muscles all day and all the time lol so you could count this as your kegals or just do more its up to you honestly. and from my experiance thus far kegaling is great with a raging hard on or soft either way it helps you with keeping the blood flow into your penis
And when it comes to edging yes extended periods of time are good but whether ejaculating effects your gains is still up in the air right now some guys do it all the time and see gains such as me and some claim they see even more when they don't and there is some scientific data to help you make your decision on this one in the "scientific proof" section under the proof tab here is the link

and i also believe that there is a way to jelq for uncut guys that is a small bit different from cut guys but i'm not exactly sure what the difference is but im sure you can find that info here on the forum
and also dry jelqs are a more advanced excersize so i would recommend sticking to wet jelqs to begin with.

Default Ok I mis measured...

Allright, ive been doing P.E. for nearly 2 weeks now, unfortunately i realise i measured wrong, more so on girth. When i measured my girth i used a string, and i stretched it more when i held it up to the tape measure obviously. Also i did my length measurements sitting.

So NEW measurements are

BPEL (standing with penis parallel to the floor) 95% EQ = 6 13/16
NBPEL (standing with penis parallel to the floor) 95% EQ = 6 3/8
EG (using a piece of paper to measure circumference instead of something that can stretch) = 5 3/16


The unfortunate part is now this first 2 weeks is undocumented as far as newbie gains, although it seems a little bigger, and my eq is better. Mind you im only 11 days in lol, Ill measure again When iv'e been at it a month.

Default Gains in the first Month.

Ok now i measured roughly 2 weeks ago after improperly measuring the first time and my measurements were

BPEL (standing with penis parallel to the floor) 95% EQ = 6 13/16
NBPEL (standing with penis parallel to the floor) 95% EQ = 6 3/8

NOW they are

BPEL = EQ 90% 7 1/16"
NBPEL = EQ 90% 6 5/8 "
EG = EQ 90% 5 3/16 Mid shaft and 5 5/16 Base


Mind you these measurements are being taken in the middle of my week of pe, i have not done my pe yet today but i have rubbed on out earlier. I will be Taking Measurements again on my second of day (sunday) when i havnt ejaculated in 2 days for better results.


To any one that reads this I have learned a Valuable lesson for jelquing, less pressure is better. For the first three weeks i was using a very tight grip, it didnt hurt and caused no negative PIs (aside from a darkening of my dick which is very common) But i couldnt maintain any Erection level after 2 or 3 jelqus, now i jelq lightly and i can maintain 60% Erection and i see the veins popping out alot. Hopefully this new approach will let me see more gains in the coming weeks.

On a side note I have started p90x , im finished my fourth day, and have bought supplements today, including a pre workout suppliment that boosts bloodflow for a few hours, i am going to start pe'ing directly after my workouts to take advantage of the NOs boost and that will hopefully speed my progress.


I am very happy to see gains, but I am taking them with a grain of salt untill sunday, Any further advice would be very benificial, and greatly appreciated.

Hey man! I started the 17th of September. I also was jelqing with the high erection level and with too hard grip. Then I read some threads here and noticed that less is more. Now with less erection level and gentle grip I jelq longer sessions, maybe 30-45 minutes.

I have also seen some gains already. I just measured after three weeks of PE. Looking good!

Hey thanks for the support man, yah this lighter grip deal is much better.... looking forward to finishing my last day of pe this week so i can rest up for measurements sunday..

Allright i know i said id wait until sunday to measure , but i did it again today an hour or so after my pe session.... I measured the same gains, BUT, I tried some light dry erect jelqus with kegal holds to get my eq up, and holy shit it worked like a charm lol, I hit 6 3/4 doing this, I know it may be in part to my just pe'ing but ill take every shred of hope as it comes.

So lookuing over my very first measurements, the length measurement i took sitting down the first time (which actually makes it bigger somehow) it was rounded down to 6 1/8. .. so if i assume this is correct and i take the 6 3/4 just for the old shit and giggle that gives me a gain in length of 5/8 in a month... Hopefully it sticks.

I will be continueing with the JP routine ( I could kiss him.... heterosexually ) With some additions


So my new routine Is Jps with the addition of some flacid squeezes after the inital heating and stretches, followed by some flacid bends, upgrading the amount of fingers each rep, back to normal Jp jelqus and so on, then at the end when my heating pads re warming I do side jelqus for 5-7 mins.... Also from now on when i masturbate or edge i am going to add some light dry erect kegal jelqus to the mix to maintain maximum eq , for that whole internal pressure theory.
