Was a less than stellar workout day but not a complete waste either.

Had run into an EDD day today at a strange time. Earlier in the afternoon the girlfriend and I met another couple at a hotel room for some afternoon playing around and for the life of me could not get the full erection. Granted I have been working my tail off and I don't do many foursomes but was a bit of a bummer as the girl was hot. And it is one thing to have the general not come to attention in front of one girl but in front of three people! The pressure was on! So that kind of threw the PE day off as well. But my whole interest in sex was pretty lackluster the last day or so and even today so may have been a hormonal timing thing too.

I should hopefully return to form today.

I have been sticking with the 2.5 pound ankle weights as the stretch is good and can feel that there is just enough strain on it. I am able to keep the weights on for a good 30 minutes, sometimes 40, without discoloration or circulation problems. I feel the longer pull on the tissue will result in better gains. I have been wanting to up the weight, but may just stick with this for a few more months.

Been working on the clamping technique as sometimes I get it on and secure a really firm and "inflated" penis. Other times it is barely noticeable so getting the angle of the clamp is pretty important to get the full 100% effect of the clamp. I have been leaving it on for about 20 minutes and may start to try two sets of that soon.

Sex with my main girlfriend has been great. The erections feel and look big. I have not done any measurements lately but it is looking a little on the "larger" side. I know I could be trying to see results more than that are actually there but my girl is constantly marveling over the size of my unit. I am not getting any major morning woods but do feel it is hanging thicker more constantly.

I "jokingly" placed the pipe clamp (for the weights) on my penis in front of her last week and she was fascinated by the craziness of it. In fact, she got right down on her knees and began to lick the head saying it reminded her of a lollipop. :-)

I did not tell her I do it four or five times a week but I get the impression it wouldn't have really bugged her too much. She knows I do something to keep my penis healthy but just thinks I do some tugging and pulling rather than all the clamps, weights, etc. But she does have a good time with the idea of my playing around with my penis. Her last couple boyfriends were very "penis sensitive" and I tend to "manhandle" mine, as she puts it. I think I will keep the more intricate details of my PE to myself, but wanted to test the waters with her a bit.

I have been including maybe 20 JAIs a day, 3 or 4 times a week, as well in the shower, etc. I do about a 3 second hold and sometimes do a few to the sides as opposed to just out in front.

I had an experience checking out the gym in San Francisco last week with my girl. I went into the men's shower and the only two guys I saw nude both had pretty large swinging penis'. Was pretty damn impressive! One guy (looked middle eastern) was in the shower and appeared to be un-cut. His penis looked almost as if a baggie had been tied around the top of it (foreskin) and was swolen twice the normal size. Didn't want to stare but was an odd looking penis, though seemed to hang half way down his thigh. May have been that "other man's perspective" but both men looked pretty large.

Kept me motivated!

Had a few sporadic workout days for the holidays. But still kept a decent flow going. Girlfriend was in town so snagged some of the time frame. I did manage to get about 15 minutes or more in of some good tugging while in bed. Once she was asleep I would lie on my side and hold just below the glans and let my hand fall to the bed for a good stretch. Then I would just fall asleep, usually letting go about 15 to 20 minutes in.

The clamp was not a great one tonight. I never "locked in" the stiff penis as I do about 70 percent of the time. It had some blood in it but spent most of the time stroking it to keep it stiff.

Getting close to measuring again. I have been gradually increasing my hanging time and have begun doing slightly longer clamping sessions as well.

Had a great PE workout yesterday.

Started off with a 2.5 weight hang (after 10 minute warm up), then after a ten minute manual stretch I placed the clamp back on and walked around for about 90 minutes shopping.

Later I jelqed for 275 reps at an above normal erection state for me. I usually do it about 60% but this time had it around 80% or so by keeping my mind stimulated with some online porn. I felt the swelling was greater. Then I pumped for 20 minutes and finished up with the clamp for another 15:

The next morning (today) I woke up with it still feeling heavy. Currently I am hanging for another total of 40 minutes (2x20) and later tonight will do about another hour of hanging.

Have not been logging well lately, but staying with the routine.

Just today (my girth day) I decided to up my weights. Been hanging with 2.5 pounds (ankle weight) the last two months and today did 30 minutes before my jelq/pump/clamping but with 5 pounds (strapped on a second weight). Was feeling the tug and pretty much maxed out at 30 minutes. Will see if I am sore or not tomorrow but if ok, I will try about 60 to 90 with the 5 pounds.

One of my girlfriends made the comment "your dick feels like it is getting bigger" last week. Who knows, but was a motivating compliment.

Yeah, love when that happens. In fact, every time a current girlfriend and I don't see each other for a week or two, I always get more amped up to do the work so the next time we are together there is hopefully at least a tiny, noticeable change.... and some nice progress there Rocko!

I haven't been logging my PE the last couple weeks like I was but have been sticking with it. I recently doubled my weight from 2.5 to 5 pounds. Where I was hanging 30 minutes for 2 to 3 sets, I am now doing 20 minute sets for about 3 to 4 sets. I noticed about a week into it that I am more sore deep in the ligs. The other day I was about to stimulate myself for some jelqs and as I let my penis "snap back" from pulling on it, it almost was painful deep inside. Almost a little too much so. After that, I did a warm up of 2.5 pounds before throwing on the 5 pounds.

I have also been raising my clamping time as well. I do these 3 times a week (M,W &F) on my girth days. I do 2 to 3 sets at 15 minutes each. There are times where the clamp is on good and other times where it doesn't lock in as well and am not as firm.

I am also breaking the work outs up. Rather than 60 to 90 minutes all at once, I am tending towards 30 in the morning and then another 30 to 60 later in the day. Today I am feeling noticeably sore deep in the base from the weights yesterday.

Had a good "girth" work out today.

The morning I lay in bed about 15 minutes and tried a little stretch. On my one side, I just reached over with the top hand, grabbed below the glans and just let my hand rest comfortably in that position, the bed almost holding the fingers closed, and the stretch was a nice pull with almost no arm effort. I then flipped over and did the other side another 5 to 10 minutes. About 15 minutes later after a 10 minute rice sock warm up I hung 5 pounds for 2 sets of 15 minutes. Then, during my drive in traffic, I did two sets of ten minute stretches by undoing my sweats and holding the stretch straight up (towards my head).

Late in the afternoon I warmed up and then used my jelq devive for about 100 reps of jelq and then another 200 with my hand. I worked some 15 second squeezes in as well. Then I did two sets of 15 minutes with the clamp.

My penis is already sore, partly the skin and partly the "inside" but know it got pretty beat up today (safely).

Totaled about 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Tomorrow will be all hanging and stretching.
