Default A Bigger, Stronger, Better ME

Intro: I got into a bad way, physically and mentally, a few months ago. I spent most of my summer working but I also spent a lot of time thinking about how I was going to go about rectifying a variety of inequities. I went through the period of feeling sorry for myself. I trudged through the bitter period and crawled through the hopeless period. I struggled through and eventually found the light at the end of that horribly long tunnel.

Mental: My attitude about pretty much everything sucked. I like to dwell on the negatives. This is something that needed to change. I didn’t know how to go about changing this. Do I go to church? Do I go see a psychologist? None of these seemed like the practical answer. A friend of mine introduced me to simple meditation. Along with proper breathing and positive thinking, deep meditation has turned my attitude around in a big way. Now, I meditate almost daily and especially when I can see my attitude and demeanor turning sour.

Physical: I’ve refocused my progress in developing a better person physically. My eating habits have changed and I have rededicated myself in the gym. I’m building lean muscle by consuming a lot of protein, clean calories, and low fat. Even though I’m naturally thin and in no-need of dropping pounds, I have started a good cardio program: Running, Yoga, and Plyometrics.

Daily Routine
6:00am: 30 minute run around campus
6:30am: 30 minute Yoga/Plyo workout
5:00pm: 60 minute Gym workout
9:00pm: 15 minute Meditation period

Supplements: Whey and Creatine

PE: I’ve made this a focus of mine again. I quit PE back in the spring with a horrible outlook on the practice. I took a lot of my frustration out on PE. It was stupid and childish. I’ve rededicated myself to it now. It’s a part of my daily life again.

Daily Routine
(1) AM Stretching: 10 minutes of stretching in a hot shower following my morning run. I focus on all directions. I include V-stretches, A-stretches, BTC stretches, and rotational stretches. Stretching used to piss me off. I found the secret to it was HEAT. The shower provides a great hot environment for a good stretch.

(2) PM Jelqing: 15 minutes of high-intensity, high-erection wet jelqing. I use an erection level of about 80%. I use moderate-hard pressure trying to get as much expansion as possible. I find that aggressive jelqing gives me the best post-jelqing results as far as plumpness and flaccid engorgement goes. I’m careful.

PE supplements: L-Arginine, L-Lysine, and Zinc

May i segest an alteration i the jelq. it is ok to get the high erecton level, good for girth. Try holding the OK grip at the base for 5-10 seconds kegel about 20 times then slowly with a liter grip move up the shaft. Slower softer jelqs also produce a good plump effect try that and see if that does not work for you.

Jelqing sessions have been going well. Stretching sessions are OK. My stretching lacks if the warmup is bad. Current focus: Warmup WELL!
