Default Going411by7's Present Routine

Here is my present routine which has brought me great recent temporary and "cemented" results. I wrote this in response to a query by Wolverine.

My present routine is made up of two basic kinds of exercises: edging and DLD's (from the MOS site) bundled blasters. I do the edging session either late at night or first thing in the morning. I also make sure that my cock is "flushed flaccid" or pumped up, either naturally or Cialis (10 mg.) induced. I edge for an hour or two at each session and I never ejaculate. That way the next time I can pick up where I left off the previous edging session. I do it lying down in bed because that is where I can get the longest and thickest length and girth measurements. And I kegel my dick as it is receding from a full erection to as long as I can get it--lately about 11"--that is, sticking straight out and parallel to the bed.

I measure it a lot--obsessively--but that works for me because it motivates me to edge it more and more. I can get the base girth up to 6.5" during these sessions. (I would like to get it back to my 2002-2003 base girth: 7")

Regarding the bundled blasters exercise, I do this normally in the evening before bed. Usually I am either lying down or sitting up. I twist my limp dick around and around like a corkscrew. I can usually get it to almost three complete twists. Then I stretch my bundled cock across my wrist in the A stretch position. I also do one other stretch, which is (still bundled) pulling it as hard as I can from both ends. I do this while I kegel and then reverse kegel. I only do one or two (three maximum) of these stretches. Then I shake it out (It looks like a limp wet noodle at this point) and then I pull it, (still kegeling), as hard as I can straight up above my belly button, at which time I measure it again. My goal is always to get it (measuring from the base) to at least a foot (about two to three inches above the belly button). Occasionally, I will hit five inches above the belly button.

Some days my dick is loose as a goose and I can stretch it straight up well over a foot. Other days it's firm and resistant to this stretch, and I can only reach my belly button: around 9" from the base.

I've been crazy busy the last week or two, so I haven't been practicing P.E. as consistently as I usually do. This is a good time to see whether my recent gains are "cemented" or not. I have been measuring my waning erected cock first thing in the morning without any edging--just cold. It measures a good 10". I am tickled pink, to say the least.
