Ima try and stay dedicated for 3 months, hopefully i can accomplish this.


Here are my starting stats:

NBPEL - 6"

BPEL - 6 1/2"

Girth - 4 1/2"


I dont think im really small, but Id really like my girth to be 5". A lot of people on here are crazy and want massive cocks (growing4her) lol but I enjoy getting head, and I definitely don't want it too big for it to fit in her mouth

Here are my goals for the near future(3-5 months):

NBPEL - 7"

Girth - 5"

Here are my ultimate desired measures:

NBPEL: 8"

Girth - 5.75"

anyways I did my first routine last night, following the beginner routine on this forum

10 minute warm up

stretches

150 wet jelqs

90 v jelqs

10 minute warm down


I play on doing this for a few weeks, then changing it up a bit. I think to start ima go 1 day on 1 day off for a week or two as well.


Im gonna be taking:

l-argine or whatever its called
b-complex
cayenne pepper pills
multivitamins




If anyone has any recommendations to help me reach my goals quicker or adjustments please let me know, I don't know that much so anything is appreciated

I just did a nice workout tonight


For the first week or two ima be going 1 day on 1 day off, just to get used to it. Then ima switch to 2 on 1 off.
