Default Seven's Progress Log

Hello everyone, I just joined today and as I mentioned in my introduction I want to keep a progress log. I hope that by keeping a log, I'll refrain from slacking off and be really consistent with my progress. I'll go ahead and post some pictures as soon as possible from day zero. I plan to follow JonPop's beginner program in an attempt to avoid all injury and build up a good foundation.

Before I do that, I want to talk a little about myself. I'm 5'6" and I've never had any problems with my penis size. I've read that the average penis length is anywhere from 5 1/2 inches to 6 inches. Being that I measure at 6 1/2 inches none bone pressed and taking into account that I am shorter than average, I realized my penis can be considered big for my height. Aside from this, I've been a shower for most of my life. In its flaccid state, my penis was about 5 1/2 inches. This would result in the occasional bulge in my pants and lead people to believe I had a huge penis. So while word went around that I had a big penis, I knew I was only a bit over the average size and thus I never had a solid interest in enlarging my penis size.

That changed when I started having sex with my partner. I knew we were in it for the long run and to make things better sex was great. I had no problems with pre-mature ejaculation or staying hard. Everything was good. During sex, my length was and still is enough to hit her cervix if I go in too deep. My girth, however, was only a problem at the beginning. That was when I realized that she was becoming used to my girth and that it would eventually not be a problem at all. Taking into consideration that one day we would have children and that women generally prefer thickness over length I sought to know if penis enlargement was possible. I wanted to make sure that she would still feel pleasure from my girth as our sex life matured. So here I am.

i joined slightly before you so im intriuged to see if your progress will be anything near parralel to my own or to see how a different workout may work differently over a similair time scale

also couldnt help but notice the pic of who i think is Gina Carano, if it is her then good choice on that she is quiet amazing.

Good eye greatphw, that is Gina Carano. Yes, like I said I want to start with Jonpop's beginner routine as soon as possible. All that I'm waiting for right now is to have that plump look and feeling in my penis. I've read that others center their exercises around these plump days and I think that is a good idea being that you have good circulation to work with. The only problem is that I've been turtling like crazy these past few days. I hope I can start soon. Another idea I'm considering, is maybe going through a pre beginner's program. The reason why I'm considering this is because prior to joining the site I tried a beginner's program and experienced some negative pi's. Immediately after my first day I went through some positive pi's, the second day I experienced some neutral pi's and then I gave myself a few days off. Upon trying again I experienced negative pi's so I took another week off. On my last try I experienced turtling, lower erection quality and for about three weeks a smaller erect length. I gave up until now. After reading more, I attribute all this to overtraining and I don't want to go through that again. So I'm going to give it another shot.

Default Routine/Results

Routine for first week.
monday 9/21: 15 min warm bath 10 sec stretches in all directions(X4) 10 jelqs 10 v jelqs(X2)
wednesday 9/23: same
friday 9/25: same
Results
monday: all neutral pi, slight numbness
wednesday: slightly plump look lasting about one hour
friday: increased horniness
*I am specifically following this light routine in order to prepare myself for the 90 day beginners program

good workout for now i possible the smooth muscle in your unit could be a bit less developed then most and this is why you could be experiancing some of these negative p.e.s but dont get down! just keep up your jelqs and through in a few kegals because that is what builds your smooth muscle as well as increasing your blood flow, and stick with the lighter routine that you have already started i think within a few weeks you should be ready for the beginers routine good luck!
