well Ive been doing PE for since the beginning of august and already seeing gains which make me quite happy. I guess my goal is about 8bpel x 6eg. My biggest goal will be becoming multiple orgasmic. So I started at about 5 3/4bpel x 5eg. Now a month later 6 1/4 bpel 5 3/8.
my routine
15 min warm up
30second stretches in 4 directions
10second rotation stretches
2 sets of 20 second flaccid bends down, left, right
v-jelg no idea the number i just make sure they are at least 5 seconds long each rep and do them while watching tv for about 15min.
20upside down v-jelg
50 kegels

Yep its pretty much a modified version of your advanced beginner.I always keep the grip light and keep my erection level about 30-50% max i'll hit is 70 then ill wait and start up again. The only thing about his routine is its time consuming takes me a little over an hour but the gains make it worth it.

Yea, Rome was not built in a day. When i started PE over 4 yeas ago my rouitnes often took 45 minutes to an hour. Best to spend the time learning to master the jelq. Hasty PE = injured dick.
