Default question!!!

hey im new here and i got a few questions to start off...

hello to everyone. i just want to ask what is the normal/average size? im already 19 y/o and i'm a little not too confident about my size. i feel that i'm a little short compare to most, and that causes my lack of confidence. so what is the normal size for a 19 y/o or at least in general so i know what goals to set (not too big nor too small). also im a little on the fat side (and tall compare to most), does being fat affects the size of your penis? also how long before i see my first results? proofs of pics, specially for people my age would be very much help. accountability would also help, if you have Ym's or Email addresses you could attach that to this post. i will be willingly to add those people who are willingly to help me. thanks!

i forgot to ask but do you think small sizes are due to hormonal imbalance? (lack of testosterone?)

hello to everyone. i just want to ask what is the normal/average size? IM already 19 y/o and I'm a little not too confident about my size.

There are studies on this sight and the INTERNET that state average size in length and girth.

i feel that I'm a little short compare to most, and that causes my lack of confidence. so what is the normal size for a 19 y/o or at least in general so i know what goals to set (not too big nor too small).

Confidence comes with comfort with the opposite sex and experience good and bad..

also IM a little on the fat side (and tall compare to most), does being fat affects the size of your penis?

The fat pad does cause the penis to appear shorter. weight loss is a easy way to show the length that is really there.

also how long before i see my first results?

For me it was 90 days on the beginners program listed on this sight.

proofs of pics, specially for people my age would be very much help. accountability would also help, if you have Ym's or Email addresses you could attach that to this post.

Jpegs are risky and I and many other on this sight will not post them or IM or e-mail. Work the program and proof it for you.

i will be willingly to add those people who are willingly to help me. thanks!
There are many people on this sight that are willing to help and do daily.

One thing not refereed to is the PE book. It is a great self teaching tool for the foundation of PE.

Have a great day.

Hi welcome to the gym PKK i am 18 and i have been doing p.e. for about 2 months solid and since i started my flaccid length has gone from just over 6 1/2'' and is now 7 1/8'' and my girth is almost half an inch larger since the start too also yes being over weight can affect your size only because your fat pad your pubic area might be larger than some although there are still guys who are heavy who have large units but if can manage to drop some weight you might see a large increase in size just from that. Some guys have even seen up to half an inch gain just from loosing like 30-40 lbs. But p.e. is definatly not an over night thing i mean i saw my first good indicators with in the first week but that is not true for most so dont judge yourself by what i have gained but i am confident you will see improvements. take your first few weeks/months slow and just concentrate on a newbie routine and dont over do it. i am doing an altered version of the newbie routine but that is because my unit is conditioned to do so but i havent added any advanced excersizes yet. And lastly i believe the aver size is from 5'' to 6.5'' in length but in not sure about girth. Remeber take it easy dont over do it you dont want to hurt yourself and if something is working why change it?
Good Luck PKK

John

You have your whole life ahead of you. Don't start PE until you can set aside the time to do it properly. If you start out halfassed, you will 1. injure yourself or, 2. not see any results, get discouraged and quit. PE is not something you just do on a whim.
