Hi Everyone--I am not completely new to PE. I've used a vacuum pump off and on over many years. I'm not interested in continuing that much at all. I just started the beginners routine here at the PE Gym. It is absolutely AMAZING! I've already noticed that my cock is larger all day long. And, I really do get very horney at times where I will need to either allow myself to become fully hard or even get a full release--just depends. So that is VERY encouraging already!I'm starting with a rather decent sized cock. I'm 7 to 7 1/8 inches long when fully erect (just depends on how full I get/how completely excited I am) and that is a bone pressed measurement. My erect girth is 5.5 inches. My girth does not bother me at all. I'm just interested in gaining more length; although I know I will also gain girth, which is completely fine--it will just be a bonus! I am hoping to get somewhere between 8 and 9 inches (bone pressed) when hard. Based on what I've experienced just after starting the beginners routine, I am feeling very confident that I can get there, especially starting PE with a 7 incher.Wish me luck!--7InchStart

Hi 7inch

i started at 6" as you can see in my sig below and very quickly gained 0.75". I used JP's routine for a while but didn't do kegels with the stretch, just stretched for about 30s in 9 directions plus pulled it between my legs and pulled hard for good lig loosening. my routine consisted of very little jelqs and lots of rotor stretches and basic stretching. Also JAI stretches are brilliant, definately give them a go, cant remember if they are ib JP's routine. If not all you gotta do is

1. Stay Flaccid
2. Stretch outwards gently for 2 secs then return to original position for 2 secs.
3. Repeat 20-30 times whilst gradually increasing intensity.
4. Two sets of these should be ample in the middle of your routine (i find breaking up a routine is good for motivation and so you dont keep doing the same exercise for 20mins solid).
5. Your penis probably will get harder throughout the set this is normal and doesnt matter unless you get beyond 50% erection in my opinion.

Check out my log its called 'in doubt so started a log' at the beginning it was pretty much length based. See if you can get any hints from this.

I have since moved onto girth routines mainly and am gaining girth now.
