Just finished my second day (every other day) of beginners routine....

10 min warm up

10 min stretching (down, up, right, left, out; each held of 30 seconds)

10 min of jelqing (35/40% hard; 5 second strokes each time)

done...

I decided to do a slight bit more than the 6 minute stretch, because I am an experienced vacuum pumper, with a very flexible cock

Current stats (9/25/09):

7" bpel
5.5" eg

If anyone wants to comment on this routine for a newbie to penis exercises, please let me know what you think...

I think that each person responds differently to things. I have read on here of people following a fairly simple routine like yours a few days a week making noticeable gains. Others going really hard 6 days a week. I think doing what you are doing is smart and just in a few weeks see where you are. You may not yet notice any big change in your size (or little for that matter) but that doesn't mean it is not working. Just check in on does it feel sore, heavier, better erections, etc. These can help gauge if you need more or less.

Had you noticed any permanant size change from the pump you were using? I throw some pumping in every other work out or so, but only about 15 minutes.

Thanks for the feedback. Let me answer your question about pumping...

Yes. Definitely have permanent gains with pumping. Started with using a 1.75" cylinder starter kit. That used to be the right size for me. Pumped for awhile, but only half-heartedly. Then stopped. Tried going back to it after some time away. Was hopeless to get the 1.75" around my cock. Had to buy the 2" cylinder and have been using it. Still good with the 2". But, have noticed that I now have no significant scrotum suck at the base, my cock has absolutely increased in girth and erection strength, some length, and, recently have noticed that my head is flaring to touch both sides of the cylinder. Also started using the 3.25" cylinder that goes over the cock and balls; that one stretches the suspensitory ligament. Been VERY pleased with it! But you really do have to use it properly. My cock used to taper at the head, was smaller there, thicker at the base. Now, my base and head are essentially the same in circumference. I'm evenly full from base to ridge of head. I don't know what your experience is with it, but when using the cylinder that goes over just the cock, definitely get yourself FULLY hard before pumping. I'm talking as hard and full as you can get before putting the cylinder on and start pumping. It is absolutely the best feeling. It is hard to describe. It feels so good that the only way I can describe it is as if my dick is in a state of total "sexual euphoria." So I do highly recommend pumping. But you do have to be careful not to hurt yourself.

I'm really interested in gaining length. I do have good length with 7 inches bone pressed, 6.5 non-bone pressed erect length (5.5 eg). Even if I only gain up to a non-bone pressed length of 7, I'll be happy. I'll be ecstatic if I can get a non-bone pressed length of 7.5 inches. But I'm planning on going the distance with the exercises. So far my cock gets really hard, my erections feel wondeful, and my dick responds very quickly to touch and becoming fully hard in a short period of time. I'm also horney when I least expect it and my dick is definitely larger in the flaccid state, and, it stays larger flaccid all day. So I'm very pleased thus far. So glad to hear about success and progress from people like yourself and others. Looking forward to sharing my growth measurements with everyone on the forum.
