woke up really late this morning, so i didn't get a chance to exercise the way i like... when i first wake up, so i'll be PE'ing tonight after the gym.

Just had a really intense workout. Heated up really well... What a flaccid hang. For some reason my head looks much thicker. I love it.

oh what a great workout i just had. i changed the inner penis stretch to two 30 second reps. feels good man!

cock was looking super thick throughout the workout, i did take it up to 100% EQ, with the astroglide on it omfg... looked amazing.

time for my two days off i can't wait for 2 more weeks, so i can measure.

just to clarify, i did make a mistake with my first measurements. these are NONE bone pressed. i was measuring wrong.

today i decided to measure my NBPFSL... i'm up .3''. 5.30 baby!!!

I like your mental attitude, so much of the time mental expectations are not up to par. but you seemed not only connected physically to your program but spiritually as well, hats off to you and i feel a rep point coming on.

Kingpole, I don't even know how to thank you for your kind and complimenting words. That alone could be motivation for me. Thank you so much. By the way, what's a rep point?

And just to keep my log going, it was first day of my third week of JP's 90 day. Had a decent workout but I don't think I stretched enough. Maybe it was the time limit I was under...I dunno. Anyway, on my two days off I just masturbated twice daily and did kegels. Feels goooooood man!!!

had a REALLLLLLLY good workout this morning after weightlifting. heated up very well, stretched greatly, and went at it!

btw, my gf yesterday asked me "what have you been feeding him?" LOL!!!

i didn't admit this before, but i do suffer from depression a little bit. my confidence right now is through the roof though, i feel like i'm growing more balls.

why didn't i do this in my earlier years of life? it's a great way of life!
