Try a 2 on, 1 off. 3 days is too much. Not that your dick can't use the rest, but it's hard to get started again after 3 days off.

I decided not to increase the number of days off. I carried on as usual and everything is fine again. My turtling must have been due to something else.

I'm nearing the end of my second week now and everything seems to be going great. My post-routine flaccid feels and looks huge (to me) and my 'normal' flaccids are starting to feel bigger.

I haven't had any issues so far, just the occasional red dot, which usually fades overnight anyway.

I'm coming up to the end of week 3 of PE. I'm starting to see some noticable changes now. I've got a better flaccid hang and a larger flaccid in general. My EQ is better.

I've also been doing 5 JAI stretches everytime I use the bathroom and a Fowfer while I'm in bed reading, at night - usually for about 20-25mins - which seems to be helping.

I'm on my second off day this week. It's my 1 month mark tomorrow and I'm pretty excited about seeing how much I've gained (I'm pretty sure I have, I can tell the difference).

So here are my gains after 1 month of JP's beginner routine:

BPEL: 6.54"/16.6cm (0.28"/0.7cm gain)
NBPEL: 5.56"/14.12cm (0.17"/0.42cm gain)
MSEG: 4.43"/11.25cm (0.04"/0.1cm gain)
BPFSL: 6.18"/15.7cm (0.31"/0.8cm gain)


Overall, I'm pretty pleased. The girth is a bit disappointing, but it's early days yet.

Onward and upwards (or outwards )!

If I keep up the same amount of gains every month for a year, I'll be well over my NBPEL goal and just short of my MSEG goal. Pretty exciting. I'd quite like the girth gains to catch up though.

I'm keeping pretty motivated with PE. I must admit, when I was starting out, I did wonder if I'd be able to stick at it and not get bored after a few weeks, but after spending less that 15mins a day, 5 days a week and seeing the gains, I think I'll be at this for life.

I've just ordered some L-arginine which should arrive in a few days. Hopefully that'll improve my EQ a bit, so I might see a little bit more out of the erect gains.

My L-arginine arrived today. I'm going to start taking two 500mg tablets in a morning, along with my other supplements.

Congradulations on your gains. Not bad for a month. Also if you ordered L-arginine online you can get it cheap and fast at walmart. It is $4 a bottle of 50 500mg caps. And do you relize that your Goal size in your signature is smaller then what you are now.

I don't live in the US. I got a bottle of 180 for £10.99.

My target is 6.25" NPBEL, I'm currently at 5.5" NPBEL. My BPEL is at 6.55"

I've been taking 2 x 500mg of L-arginine for 2 days now and I've noticed that my flaccid is noticeably bigger, erection may be a bit bigger too, but not as noticeable.
