10 minute warmup 5-10 minutes stretching (left, right, up, down, 25 kegels on second set) 10 minutes wet jelqing 20 minutes edging also did about 100 kegels during the day

Workout went very well. Hard as a rock during edging session. Now to do 30 minutes of bed fowfers or whatever they're called.

Weight training seems to have helped, since it teaches you dedication. And still bein g in high school, it can be hard to get a PE workout in without suspicion, lol
