If you can do some glans work gentle rubs in a circualr motion around the coran to the meatus you can spin off a series of dry orgasms to the point where you lose count.

Did

10 minutes warmup with a hot washcloth
10 minutes of stretching
10-15 minutes of wet jelqing
20 minutes of edging

also did about 150ish kegels throughout the day

was stressed for time today so I didn't edge. All in all the workouyt was pretty good. Other than gettibg erect easily while stretching

jelqing is gettign better, as i'm not getting erected as easily.

Not sure if i'm doing quite enough jelqs though. I do approx. 5 second jelqs for 10 minutes...

should I increase the number I do?

Off day today. Did some light stretches off and on during the day to get my flacid hang to where I want it. Then gonna do 10-15 minutes of warming before bed.

Off day today. Going to do ten minutes of heating before bed.

(HAven't taken time off, just had a messed up inetrnet connection lately :/)

Internet issues still :/

PE for today:

10 minute warmup
10 minute stretching
10 minutes wet jelqs
20 minutes edging.

did about 200 kegels as well.
