For today: 10 minute warmup in the shower 10 minutes stretching 10 minutes jelqing 20 minutes edging Also did about 200 kegels during the day. Bed fowfers before I go to sleep, as well as keeping my dick wrapped in an ace bandage for 20-30 minute increments. Been turtling bad today because of the cold. :/ |

I think about .2 inches. When I first measured bone pressed I wasn't pressing hard enough. Then I actually pressed hard enough and got around 6.3-6.4 BPEL, and now when I measure, it's usually around 6.5-6.6. And I've definitely improved hardness! And now I'm getting back to it after two weeks off: 10 minute warmup in the shower 10 minutes stretching 10 minutes jelqing 20 minutes edging And about 150 kegels throughout the day.

PAst two days have consisted of: 10 minute warm up in the shower 10 minute stretching (roughly( 10 minutes jelqing 20 minutes edging I wish I could edge longer, but still being in high school, time does not permit for more than 20 minutes if I wanna get any sleep. :P Edit: base girth measured slightly thicker

Yesterday consisted of: 10 minute warmup in the shower 10 minutes stretching 10 minutes jelqing 20 minutes edging Off day today. Still doing helishakes and piss pulls when I get the chance. And will probably heat up for 10 mins before bed

Done the same routine for past 2 days. Switching to a 3 on 1 off now that I've hit 3 months. Currently though the past 2 PE days have been shitty. Took me 25 minutes to get in 10 minutes of jelqing :/

Same deal with PE today. was getting too erect to jelq efficiently. ugh, this shit is pissing me off. My dick was starting to get used to jelqs and would never get too erect, but as of the last 3 days, its like I've never jelqed in my life.
