Default my log and progress.

hello everyone i have pe'd before three months straight earlier this year and stopped due to schedule. but i am back and motivated to get where i want to be. i am glad to be here with everyone and share my progress. well first off i think when i started pe months ago i was 5.25 el and 4.5 eg at the end of that 3 months i was anywhere from 5.50-5.75 el depending on my eq and 4.75 eg. now that i havent pe'd for months i seem to have gone down on the length or maybe eq just need work. so i started back on 9/8/09 just doing jelqs about 300 doin them about 6 days and 1day off(sun).but during the 3rd week i did take 2days off due to me being sick. going on my 4th week doing 300 jelqs and goingto add a few stretches in the routine. going to measure when i reach the 1 month mark. i am thinking of getting a extender this month and see how it that goes just trying to decide which one to get.
well after the 3 weeks of jelqing i do notice flaccid hanging little longer and when i get a erection i got the veins bulgin out more so i must be headed in the right direction. i hope to get to 7x5.5 or 6 when it is said and done. but hope with my dedication i can be over 6in el and atleast 5eg by the end of the year or real close to it. i have read and seen sum have had great results like walk-in(which i think is awsome) great job man real inspiration and many others i have read on here just cant remember the names.

Welcome to the gym goingfor7,

I for one believe those gains you lost will come back easily so don't fret. I think you should take specific measurements immediately and post here to your log as well as your routine and supplement regime. That way you won't be guessing. Best of luck!!

ok here is my routine i am going to do for awhile.
5 min warm-up
uli's 15min/15reps
flaccid bend 4 reps/20secs
250 jelqs
stretch up,down,left,right, between the cheecks left right and strait down.
a-stretch but not alot a tension just enough to feel a lil.
100 kegels
5 min warm down

bpfsl 4"
fg 3.75"
bpel 5.50"
mseg 4 13/16" (almost 5 )


gona stay with this for a month and see how it goes or longer.
i am just taking a multi vitamin thats all right now what else would anyone recomend.
short term goal 6x5
long term 7x5.5 or 7x6

been stetching most of this month starting only did 100 jelqs a day and took sundays off.
i believe after this month i should get back the gains i had before between the cheeks is where i really feel the best stretch so i do these on and off throughout the day whenever i get a chance. well still hope to reach my short term by end of year just gotta stay focused. still considering getting fast size extender (maybe by end of month)and maybe the bathmate. just focusing right now on manual exercises right now.

oh yeah so doing nothing but jelqs last month i am seeing longer flaccid and when erect more veiny.

Hey seven, good luck on your routine too man! I'll be checking in on your results daily =D

Also at the moment I am starting to notice slight baseball batting of the penis when not full erect, so Im trying to fix that at the moment haha.

hello everyone back again. once again my routine ws side tracked brutal work schedule the past 2 months but have been managing to stretch here and there. not much change in overall erect length and girth. but my flaccid state is hang lower.so guess the stretching working. my erect state sometimes seem longer some days and some the same as always. but i still motivated to reach my short term goals at 6x5 hope to reach that first part of next year. hopefully will be able to get a extender soon too.

hello everyone hope everyone having a good start to the new year. well still doing same routine but this week change to 2days on/2days/off then 2days on/1 day off so it will give me 3 days of rest during the week. on off days still gonna do kegels and reverse kegels(still getting the hang of these) gonna do this routine for a month then measure hopefully i see some gains other than just at a flaccid state. hopefully by then i will be able to get the bm or fast size or both by end of feb to add to routine for the 2nd month routine. staying focus and determine to hit my short term goals.

ok did a measurement today me bpel is 5.75 when my eq is at its best one notch under 6'. so i feel like i got my length gains back from previous pe adventure. my girth still under 5' but getting close. still on same routine. starting to do more kegels and reverse kegels trying to improve on my stamina cause it needs work. trying to be able to control it and hold it until i am ready but havent got there yet.well hopefully soon i can get my bathmate by the end of the month. decided to go with the bm first cause i feel my manual stretching good enough for now but will eventually get fast size. i am going to order some golf weights and hang with them still reading up on that though. so overall everything seems to be going good. a little bit more time and i think i will reach my short term 6x5 and hopefully soon get my eq and stamina up in the process...
